I transfered for 17 years then slipped and really hurt my femur badly. It is called a dystall femur fracture, looks like a hammered tent peg. Still causes awesome spasms and pain that while I can't feel it with any intensity, It can trigger AD whenever it is in the mood. I'm a c-6 and can't transfer-- my wife never had patience to ever let me tryshe never even lets me get in my manual chair to try.she say's power chair or stay in bed..so a person has to live his or her life according to each situation.
