That sounds like a great trip. I too take a similar road trip every couple of 
years from Los Angeles, Ca. to Des Moines, Ia. to see relatives. I luv 
traveling by van. You see the country and so many interesting places on the 
way. It's a 3 day drive if you take your time and stop to see monument, parks, 
museums, and restaurants. I'm right there with you though, It's great to be 
home at the end.

Thanks for telling us about your road trip, when a quad goes 1,800 miles one 
way it almost compares to an astronaut going to the moon, lol. There are many 
things a quad and his family or care-givers must plan ahead and be prepared 
for, It is a good idea to make a list and be sure all angles are covered. 
(since I got paralyzed-me and my wife always carry aaa service and towing-it 
has saved us a few times ) Dan H.**
