I do wish you the best in your future. I hope you take what you learn here and put some accent on moving crips into jobs and away from home, or nursing homes or thinking voc. rehab. will do it. A lot of the people that lave rehab aren't ready to leave home or an institution. They haven't had the training they need to live on their own. I would like to suggest that you follow people for about a year after leaving and getting independant. Congrats on your new endeavor and I wish you well. One question I have is... what sets your endeavor aparts from places like Shepard, Craig, Kessler and Rehab Institute of Chicago. I also couldn't help to notice that you didn't have female therapist on staff, from your pictures. I'm sure that you know where I'm going with this.
