I take Adderall to keep me awake. I only take it when I get close to the end. Be careful…..if you have a spastic bladder, pain meds can back up in your system due to not being processed well in your liver/kidney and you can overdose and be very sleepy. If you can get off, I think it would be good. I'd love to. I loweed as much as I could. Very slowly. But any lower and my pain and spasms go through the roof. My hip is my biggest issue. My spasms make it hard to breath. Like someone is on my chest.
