I just got an email from Logitech stating that my battery has shipped. This time they included a tracking number, so I guess it's real this time! I called Logitech today about my order that was supposed to be shipped on Feb 24 (according to the email I received). The support rep said they sold out in one day. So most pre-orders were not filled. He went on to say that they expect stock in late April, or more likely early May. I am experiencing the loss of sound also. All sound including the user interface beeps stop. I connected speakers to the headphone jack and still had no sound. For me it happens right in mid-stream. One minute the radio is happily playing either local or internet media and bingo - the sound just goes away. Rebooting always seems to fix it. Though rebooting will be much more of a hassle once I get the battery installed (when ever that is released, March 31??). I assume I'll have to turn the radio over and remove the battery to do a reboot.
