big of a tire is country for you? If you can find one, the QB and SO both
make fine country bikes in my opinion, and take at least 45cm tires. I used
to ride my QB all around the trails and fire roads of Mt Diablo with 45s.
To be honest, with a ss, I did a fair share of hiking with it too. Or you
can use any Riv with either a White Eno, or a chain tensioner, as Will did
with his Hunq.

It's the new name for an updated Cheviot with v-brakes. I did a thread for it
called Fancy Cheviot you can check out, we didn't know the new name when it
started.

Yep with prototypes at RBW WHQ and early graphics in the blug/blhag,
Platypi by xmas seems plausible. Barely hinted at 1 speeds, not so much.

Still in the works, but there have been no updates, and no pictures... all
we know is that the idea exists. As I understand it, the bike is on the
back burner for a bit.

First there was the QB
After a hiatus, there was one batch of SOs.
Another hiatus.
Then the Blue Lug instigated FJ Sr.
And another hiatus.

Another dedicated single speed coming out wouldn't surprise me.
I also wouldn't hold my breath.
RBW has a lot on their plate at the moment, and SS models don't seem to do
all that well for them (IIRC the SO's were cleared out at a slight
discount).
