Hi all, just wanted to make one more push prior to Riv getting these back in stock. Thanks! I’m not beyond waiting for Riv to get the SH back in stock in October, but figured I would test the waters here prior to see what may be available. I really like the orange/burnt orange with the cream headtube, the black/cream, Sage and Porsche green versions. It will probably alternate between Nitto Albatross bars or Noodles with a front basket, with 38 or 43/44c tires, depending on what type of riding I’m going to be doing. Figured I would give this a little bump since Rivendell should be getting these back in stock toward the end of the month...or so I’m told. If you’re contemplating a new project and you’re on the one in, one out plan as I am currently, reach out and lets talk. Thanks! Thank you for the heads up! My only real reason for pause is that I think I would prefer the cantilever version. Really for no other reason than affording myself a little more flexibility in tire size. I mentioned in my original post that I want to run a 38, 42 or up to a 44, maybe a 48c tire. I’m pretty confident that the 44/48 tire option would be maxing out any medium reach caliper. I actually meant to include that most of my interest was in a canti version, but it kind of slipped my mind. Just noticed a Sam on eBay that might meet what your looking for: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rivendell-Sam-Hillborne-lugged-steel-frame-for-sidepull-centerpull-brakes-56cm/254732548175?hash=item3b4f3e384f:g:DLIAAOSwQSBfckIE On Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 2:17:12 PM UTC-4 Todd G. wrote: > > Hi all, > > I’ve been lurking around the group for a while and have very much been > enjoying all the great content.
