That was probably the most time consuming part of my build was getting those
road wheel and suspension done on those 16 road wheels.

I agree with Doug - 16 swingarms with overlapping road wheels is probably not 
the best idea for your first build.

Whatever tank you choose, I think the best way to get your plans is to buy a 
plastic kit (1:35 or larger) and measure off the kit to scale up the 
measurements.

There's a reason there are so many Tigers in the hobby. They're big, boxy,
and comparatively easy to build. If you go that route, I suggest not
building overlapping road wheels like on the real thing. Use a nice, simple
(but less accurate) in-line road wheel arrangement like on T01.
