I agree with Doug - 16 swingarms with overlapping road wheels is probably not the best idea for your first build. Whatever tank you choose, I think the best way to get your plans is to buy a plastic kit (1:35 or larger) and measure off the kit to scale up the measurements. There's a reason there are so many Tigers in the hobby. They're big, boxy, and comparatively easy to build. If you go that route, I suggest not building overlapping road wheels like on the real thing.
