I agree with Doug - 16 swingarms with overlapping road wheels is probably not
the best idea for your first build.

Whatever tank you choose, I think the best way to get your plans is to buy a
plastic kit (1:35 or larger) and measure off the kit to scale up the
measurements.

There's a reason there are so many Tigers in the hobby. They're big, boxy, and
comparatively easy to build. If you go that route, I suggest not building
overlapping road wheels like on the real thing. Use a nice, simple (but less
accurate) in-line road wheel arrangement like on T01.

German WWII designs have few bends and mostly made up of flat pieces Zach.

The Abrams would be a harder tank to start out with, since being a modern tank,
it has a rather low profile. This gives little space for a marker inside.

Hey
I am wanting to build an M1 Abrams tank, and am looking for some
plans. I would be most gratefull if sombody had some for build an
Abrams, i could get. Ive seen two on the Tank Combat website so far.
one builts by Mark Massey, and one build by Matt Theiss. Im probably
going to be building it out of wood ( it being my first tank and

And i also wanted to say, all of you guys and girls out there that
keep this hobby alive are awesome! keep up the great work!
