I agree with Doug - 16 swingarms with overlapping road wheels is probably not the best idea for your first build. Whatever tank you choose, I think the best way to get your plans is to buy a plastic kit (1:35 or larger) and measure off the kit to scale up the measurements. They're big, boxy, and comparatively easy to build. If you go that route, I suggest not building overlapping road wheels like on the real thing. That was probably the most time consuming part of my build was getting those road wheel and suspension done on those 16 road wheels. Derek T065 SV016 KV-2 on hold until I return from the sandbox...
