Jim,

when you say to use the 1200 baud pin, is that going to be regular analog audio 
if the radio isn't in a digital mode?  (I hope you answer "yes!")

I'm wanting to set up a crossband repeater using a spare RC-100 controller and 
two alinco's (a 135 and 435) and would like to avoid having to tap the audio 
off the mike plug (and, yep, I'm gonna fan em up.)

[Repeater-Builder] Doug Hall Remote Base Interface

Two Questions:  

1.)  Is there a controller under $500 that easily interfaces with the
Doug Hall box?

2.)  Does anyone have a Doug Hall remote base controller they'd like
to get rid of?  :-)

[Repeater-Builder] COR from a Kenwood TM 331

I've read you can get everything you need to use one of these as a
remote base from the mic plug _except_ COR...  that you need the Doug
Hall interface to get COR from the mic.  Does anyone have experience
getting it from inside the radio itself?  This is my first try at
remote base linking...  would appreciate any and all pointers.
