[rt-users] Return error message in Scrip
Hi list, I try to program a little scrip that checks if priority numbers are unique within a queue and therefore I try to return an error message from a Scrip that should avoid RT from updating the ticket and displaying an error message on the screen. All my googling, code grepping and wiki / mailing list searching and try and error cycles failed so far so please can someone give me a hint on how to return an error from a Scrip? [rt-users] Update owner before comment
Hi list, in the Ticket/Update view one can set a new owner and add a comment, but the comment is added before the new owner is set. Can I modify this behaviour? I want RT to first update the owner and than set the comment and execute Scrips. If this cannot be done with configuration or callbacks please point me to a piece of source code where I can modify this. [rt-users] Changing mail content in action module
Hi list, I've programmed my own action module to create tickets from forwarded mails. Therefore I scan from and subject headers in all attachments and set the ticket's requestor to the original mail from and the subject to the original subject. Now I would like to also set the tickets content to the original content of the forwarded mail but I cannot find a way to do so. I have to set the $Transaction-Content before applying the template Autoreply and I know the Prepare method must be overwritten to do so, but if I change $self-TransactionObj-{'message'}-{'items'}-[0]-{'values'}-{'content'} it wont have any effect and I cannot find a set-method for the property Content of the transaction object. Any hint / advice?
