	Resilience & Reliability Testing Experience - High Availability Design, Resilient Architecture, Scalability & Capacity Analysis, SLA/SLO analysis
	Expertise in, and extensive knowledge of, Testing Tools – Jmeter, LoadRunner, etc .
	Design and build processes to monitor if applications are performing according to SLAs and measure the performance.
	Should be able to understand application system / architecture and develop performance test strategy and plan, and work through the execution.
	 

What We are looking for: 


	A 'self-starter' who can work with minimal guidance and supervision while adhering to challenging deadlines
	Expertise in Performance testing

6 to 8 years in the following areas -


	Understanding of and experience with various types of performance testing (Load, Stress, Soak etc)
	SME in LoadRunner, StromRunner, and JMeter and exposure to Resiliency validation tools like Chaos Monkey, Gremlin, Resiliency Studio etc
	Experience in APM toolsets ( DynaTrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk)
	Experience in defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) & strategy to achieve NFR
	Experience in testing and optimizing high volume web and batch-based transactional enterprise applications.
	ERP background – nice to have, but not a must.
