It was left in the file named:

Please, could you explain more what is the problem.
According to my understand. b and c are two parameters and you want to
solve for d.
and you try to use grobner basis, but what I know grobner basis for
polynomial and this is not polynomial because the square root. So , you can
write d=y^2, y^2==b*y+c if d is real. And if d is complex, d=-y^2,
-y^2==i*b*y+c.

But I got the following error

TypeError: unable to make sense of Maxima expression

in Sage

I found the following

So what is this u here and how can I plot this and how the solution wrote
by this way

[sage-support] Deformed toric ideal

I have ring R.  My  parameters are (k21,k46,k64,k56,k65,k34,k43) and
my variables are (z2,z5,z6,z7,z1,z3,z4,x1,x2,x3).
I have ideal J defined on R and  generated by the following polynomials
ideal J=z1-k21*x1^2*x2,z2-k46,z3-k64*x1,z4-k56,z5-k65*x2,z6-k34*x1,z7-k43*x3;
How can I  calculate deformed toric ideal for this ideal.

[sage-support] Finding positive kernel

I am using right_kernel to find a kernel, for example the result is
[ 1  0  1  0 -1  0  0]
[ 0  1  1  0  0  0  0]
[ 0  0  0  1  1  0  0]
[ 0  0  0  0  0  1  1]

How can I (for an arbitrary kernel) get positive entries only,
by making a linear combination of rows?
