architecture process standards, or as assigned.
• Responsible for minimizing the issues between the client and the server
applications and for the overall setup and design of the Internet and web
server architecture.
• Impact and complexity of this job increases if organization is utilizing
Internet solutions (vs. only Intranet), especially those with significant
business impact (e.g., e-business).

Required General Experience / Education:
• At least five (5) years of IT work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other
related field or equivalent work experience.

Required Specialized Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in EACH of the following areas:


1) Designing in HTML based websites
2) MS Office SharePoint Server
3) IIS (Internet Information Server)
4) SQL Server 2005
5) ASP.NET Certification (must be able to provide copy of certificate)
6) Graphics - with 2 years upper level experience

• Experience working independently or as a part of a team under general
supervision.
• Technical expert in an IT organization with experience coaching more

*Job Description:*
The Jet stream System Architect will work with the Client and HP
architecture teams to produce a cross platform system architecture view of
the Jet stream program.

This individual will collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, Network,
and Data Architects across Client to ensure that all aspects of the Client
technology organizations are represented in the overall system architecture.


This architect will participate in weekly Jet stream Architecture Review
Meetings (ARM) and architecture overviews for projects / programs related to
the Jet stream future state system.

The Jet stream Systems Architect must understand the fundamentals of BPM and
interact with the IT and Business units throughout BPM and IT Decomposition
efforts.

*Required Experience:*
• 10+ years technical expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing
enterprise integration solutions
• Hands-on experience as an Application, System and SOA Architect
• Expert in BPM and SOA based technologies provided by vendors such as IBM,
BEA, Microsoft, SUN
• Strong Architecture skills with an understanding and/or development
experience in XML, SOAP, UDDI, J2EE, .Net, WS-Security, ITIL processes, SOA
Governance, Web Services Management tools, and Object Oriented Programming
• Hands-on experience with UML, Enterprise Architecture, and XML/Schema
documentation tools (including tools like Visio, WebSphere Integration
Developer, XMLSpy, Rational Software Architect, etc.)
• Strong business process and requirements analysis skills
• Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Integration technologies such as

environment.
- Work with the WebSphere server team to set-up security.
- Work with the WebSphere server team to set-up various parameters.
- Create predefined User reports using Pentaho.
- Provide training to User and technical staff on using Pentaho report
generator tool.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:*
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Pentaho.

We are currently bidding on a contract for the State of MD’s Department of
Public Safety and Corrections.  There are a total of 3 positions, 2 of which
are exactly the same (Pentaho/Oracle Developers).  Mike and I will be
focusing on the latter two, so we will alternate reviewing/contacting the
candidates that come in for these reqs.  We are not only looking for
candidates that match the requirement to a “T”, but the rates must be
