Most of the testing is front end, but candidates need to be senior enough to test back end functions as well. Absolutely need programming experience- no way around it. Please do not send candidates without..this is not for automated or manual testers. Need candidate that have both front backend testing. WLN – QED Based Development Candidate is expected to be self directed with the ability to identify appropriate implementation solutions set technology direction. Agile experience TDD (Test Driven Development) skills are a must. Strong collaboration open to pairing. Candidate will have significant communication with leaders.
