The contractor(s) will work on-site, under the direction of the IDOL
project manager/team lead, and will code to the iUS coding standards as
part of the scrum team.  Design and code reviews will be used to ensure
work is of appropriate quality and quantity



*Specific Skills Required*

Excellent knowledge of and experience with:

-- C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, T-SQL, jQuery, MVC, Microsoft Testing tools,
Team Services, and Visual Studio.



Successful candidates will be experienced developers who have strong,
current skills in all of these Microsoft development technologies and the
ability to be productive using these tools immediately. Experience with
Idaho Unemployment Insurance system is preferred

Application Migration

Deliver and install an application deployment package for the IAPS system
that results in a fully functional installation on a new server, consistent
with the current deployment.  Upon successful migration/deployment, deliver
any and all updated application source code.

Data Query/Reporting Function

Deliver and install an enhanced IAPS application capable of generating
predefined and ad-hoc reports, with a layout/format that is approved by
ICOA. Upon successful deployment, deliver any and all current application
source code.



*Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating
systems, etc.)*

The IAPS application is a C# Windows Form application with .Net 4
Framework. The application was built using a third-party development kit,
DevExpress.  The source code is available.

The server environments are Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012
