RE: CSRe: FW: CSNew 73 y.o. member with chronic Ehrlichiosis requests help!!
There is a reaction using pure distilled water. It's just so slow you can't see anything happening, but then, when it finally starts going fast enough to see, it's probably already too fast. If you put a multi meter in line with one of the electrodes set on milliamps, you'll be able to monitor things much more accurately. Place electrodes the same way each time, record the starting current and chart the rise every ten minutes till you get a product you like. It should have a metallic flavor, [faint to strong according to your preference..I prefer strong at around 10-20 PPM ionic] and be colorless to slightly yellow. You may be able to see a golden cloud streaming of one electrode. That indicates the current has gone too high, probably time to stop or get bigger electrodes..but keeping on won't kill anyone. It's just that every time I've seen a golden cloud, I got yellow CS even at a fairly low PPM. Today I am going to try using a very little bit of pure honey as a starter, as Terry also suggested as another option. I do not want to use salt any more, but with the distilled water alone there is no reaction al all. Thanks for all your help. I will evetually get there before I have a brand new good quality outfit in my hands!! Date: Wed, 23 Aug 2006 17:33:58 -0500 Dear Carlos, It sounds like you have good distilled water. Since you are stirring it by hand, I assume you are making a low voltage DC Colloidal Silver (which, ironically, is probably mostly ionic ;-)). However, 12 to 13 minutes seems like a very short time for brewing so you must have either used a starter or are using higher voltage... Can you give more details? What voltage? Do you have any current limiting going on? Do you have access to a voltmeter or a current meter which measures milliamps? Do you have a laser pointer of any sort? Are you familiar with electrical theory at all? Even if you don't have any special equipment you can still make the CS but you won't be quite as sure about the potency, etc. One way to achieve stirring for a quantity of water up to about pint or a liter (well, I used it for a one-half gallon container, but it was quite narrow) is to use thermal stirring. The idea is to heat the container in the middle part of the bottom which will cause the water to rise by convection, and since the outside edges of the container are cooler they will cause the water to move down. This way you will get a gentle circulation of the fluid and not have to stir it. One can get a tin can which has one end cut out, turn it over and cut a smaller hole in the top to release the heat to the glass and then put a small wattage light bulb in the can. Set the CS container on top of the can with the small hole facing the container. You should insulate the top of the can a bit, but don't insulate over the hole. If the light bulb is too hot, you may need some ventilation holes in the bottom of the tin can. The term Colloidal Silver is a catch-all term. The stuff we make by this method is mostly ionic with a small colloidal component. The must be ionic/must be colloidal debate is mostly a marketing ploy. It has been found that in order for the silver to affect the organisms it must be converted to ions. There may be some virtue to the argument that the actual colloids of silver, if they are small enough, are absorbed in a slightly different way and may maintain their integrity for a longer time in the body, but I believe that they must be converted to ionic silver before they can actually do anything. The CS we make has been proven to be very effective. To speed it all up; Heat the water up to pretty hot. This increases conductivity at around 3 uS per 10 degrees F. Now, running a generator in water that's over around 120 Deg just about guarantees particle collisions from excessive Brownian Motion, but there's a neat side effect when running small batches of around 8 oz. At first when the water is really hot, there aren't that many particles TO colloide. As the water cools, torrid thermodynamic stirring currents are induced as the outside surface cools faster than the inside. The upside is that conductivity is highest when you need it to be high to get things going. The downside is that the water is coolest as compared to environmental temperatures and stirring the least when you need it the most, but in small batches the effect lasts long enough to make a positive difference. It doesn't take much. Among other things [concerning disrupting the Nearnst Diffusion layers], any stirring at all disrupts the formation of a highly conductive ion track directly between the electrodes that promotes excessive and premature runaway and also prevents deposit growths on the container that happen if those ion tracks contact the vessel. Stirring too fast makes particles get stuck in the surface tension of Hydrogen bubbles resulting in the growth of a big grey beard that faces the direction of the water currents or hides in high speed eddies behind flat electrode edges. [Structurally stabilized, semi conductive Silver/hydrogen bubble clusters, aka the grey fuzzies or fluffies, if they fall off..no huge big deal, but not pretty.] If they pop while pulling an encrusted electrode out of the water, that silver transfers to the surface tension of the water making a really nice silver slick. On the extreme end, the semi-conductive nature can also mess up auto off calibration and make an automatic generator run forever and get really messy. It's a time related problem, so the bigger the batch, the longer it runs and the worse it gets. ] Ideally, the amount of current used on the electrodes per square inch shouldn't exceed 1 or 2 millimaps. Some people who have a generator that doesn't control the current will stop at 20 milliamps and I guess they get away with it, especially if they constantly stir the water, but I don't like what starts happening at 3 and 4 milliamps per square inch. I confess that my experience with using uncontrolled current stopped at about 5 batches, a few jars full of brown sludge and a melted down transformer with a Whelp, that ain't it. Being a former electro-plater and knowing that current and finish where quite related in that similar field, that's where I headed. The only way to make it go fast and still do it consistently right is to use a LOT of electrode area. Trems SG7 Pro does that @ $649.00 plus shipping. That's a $$$LOT$$$ of silver on that electrode array and a lot of time to make that thing. Uses polarity swapping output [prevents grey fuzzies] and water pump for stirring [well directed flow]. www.silvergen.com Otherwise, you just have to wait for as many hours as it takes and use some sort of instrumentation to tell where you are. But when I do that, I forget to check by regularly, so, an automatic off circuit that electronically monitors the water became a necessity. Using a timer alone simply doesn't and can't work because the time it takes to get to a given place can vary by several hours with only a small deviation in water quality and temperature. Running Cruise Control is bad enough as that still has an acceleration phase and most of the time variation is at the beginning, now try and time a constantly accelerating missile with an unknown thrust and no fuel or speed limits along with the same degree of variation at the beginning. Got a ballistics computer? Any small [affordable] generator running in the ideal current range will take around 5 to 10 hours to make a quart of CS. Scaling up for speed spells big bucks and big machines, but time used elsewhere [not watching] is cheap. Not very many people need more than a quart a day and setting up an automatic batch only takes around 30 seconds. When you get tired of straining your eyeballs, you'll wind up here. The top 4 decent generator systems I've seen, priced so as not to pick your pockets in no particular order are: The SG6 www.silvergen.com [I don't care for screw on the jar generators but that's a minor peeve. Flat rectangular electrodes don't have the best discharge characteristics and can be a touch hard to handle and mount. This one does have a constant stir provision which I think is too fast and a variable auto off that apparently maxes out at 15 uS on the ones I've seen, with no way to exceed that. DC output. $199+ sh Most people get along with the SG6 just fine. Very popular. ] The Colloid Master 777 http://www.wishgranted.com/ [ I've never seen one, most

Re: CS FRONT TOOTH (and cell salts)
Okay, folks, please let me tap into your collective experience and wisdom. This evening my front tooth fell out. Well, it was a false one anyway, and a decision on what to replace it with had been delayed for a long time. Now I really do have to work out what sort of replacement to ask for. This horrible thing I'd been wearing for over ten years had metal at the back; when I asked my dentist what it was likely to be made of he shrugged and said it could easily be car bumpers from Bosnia. I dunno, but I wasn't happy about metal in the mouth. Ugh, the part that was next to my tooth seemed all black and almost corroded. What I have picked up from this site over time is that metal of any kind is not really wonderful in the mouth, even gold. But then, plastic is probably not wonderful either. What in this year 2006 can I ask for from a bio-aware dentist? It will have to be a new dentist, if I can get in to see the guy that works 45 minutes away as opposed to the old one who may not be practicing any more and in any case was working 3 hours away. Here is a tip from my experience that may help someone. When I was expecting my first baby in 1969 the nerve in my R front tooth got impossibly sensitive. The local dentist (nicknamed The Butcher by the local people, who preferred to travel to a nearby town for treatment) took it out and filling the gap has been a problem ever since. Ten years later with my second baby something similar was happening to the other front tooth. I looked up my biochemic book, decided on the appropriate cell salt, and within a week my tooth was fine. Two years later, third baby on way, same pain starting up, no time to read the book, took some pills that contained all 12 cell salts, and a couple of days later there was no more problem. What a shame I thought of the original nerve pain as a dental problem, not a nutritional one. I already knew about cell salts, and had the book. Ah, well. Hope someone else will benefit from the tip. I don't want holes bored in my bones for a screw-in fitting. Aussie dentists can never find a tooth colour to match, and go for one a little whiter than my natural colour. I might as well have gold as that! I've heard of porcelain teeth - anyone know about them? No, I'm not really planning to zap my gums and hope for a new tooth to grow, though it would be good fun. But in the meantime I need to avoid frightening little children in the street. Fang - er - Thank you kindly. Rowena -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. The rest of the time i lurk and try to learn. I think its 5 years now that i bought my puppy from you, and its still going strong, I just read your directions and did what they said exactly. I was going to upgrade to the one that makes more cs at a time, but decided not to tamper with what ain't broke. Im glad you are here . Bye the way mike, i am one of them women caretakers, or atleast i was till the need for cs became something i need too. now we both use it. http://www.jcrows.com/cayenne.html Heart Attacks: Cayenne Dr. Christopher In 35 years of practice, and working with the people and teaching, I have never on house calls lost one heart attack patient and the reason is, whenever I go in--if they are still breathing--I pour down them a cup of cayenne tea (a teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of hot water, and within minutes they are up and around). This is one of the fastest acting aids we could ever give for the heart, because it feeds that heart immediately. Most hearts are suffering from malnutrition because of processed food we are eating, but here it gets a good powerful dose of real food and it's something that has brought people in time after time. This is something that everyone should know how great it is, because a heart attack can come to your friends or loved ones any time. And even yourself. The warm tea is faster working than tablets, capsules, cold tea, because the warm tea opens up the cell structure--makes it expand and accept the cayenne that much faster, and it goes directly to the heart, through the artery system, and feeds it in powerful food. CSIonic, etc.
Ode said, Anything that's dissolved is ionic and nothing that is suspended is. I beg to differ with you. We believe that colloidal silver particles, which are suspended in water, all have the same charge and repel each other, which helps to keep them in suspension. Certain influences such as magnetism, sunlight and temperature can cause the suspended particles to lose their charge and fall out of suspension. 'Ionic' merely means to have a charge, whether a small or large particle. The use of the word 'ionic' to indicate small particle size or to designate its suspension or solution is incorrect. A particle that is in either suspension or solution and has a positive or negative charge is ionic. __ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Ed, the two bottles i have are from different companies. one says neutral grain spirits (38%), distilled water. the other says extracted with 95%grain alcohol and distilled water. i also keep the powder on hand to make a hot tea with, which after you get used to it is pretty good. i try to buy the freshest available and the highest heat units. i would use the powder for any cut to stop bleeding and would reach for any form of cayenne before i took nitro. julie I was just wondering if you cayenne extract was an alcohol based extraction or what solvent was used, maybe vinegar? any ideas? Re: CSCayenne
Hi Mike: Getting medicinal grade cayenne pepper ( non-tincture ) is easy and very affordable: http://www.wildroots.com/cayenne-9-hu-powder-oz-p-744.html This is 90,000 HU, 4 ounces for $2.55. You ONLY need a pinch ( or maybe 1/4 pinch ) mixed in a small amount of warm water. The trick is to hold it in mouth as long as possible, before swallowing. I use this combined with CS nebulizing for very stubborn cases of bronchitis ( I don't nebulize the cayenne, of course ). http://www.silvermedicine.org/cayenneandsilver.html I've also personally seen cayenne avert a heart attack. RE: CSCayenne
Mike, i used tincture on my tongue straight the first time, maybe as much as one dropper full. i waited a minute or so, perhaps it was only seconds, noted that i felt some relief then added the tincture to a small amount of room temp water and repeated until i felt significantly better. i don't know if i really needed to repeat the dose as much as i did, but it was a frightening experience and in the beginning i was not sure what was going on. i have to say i was grateful that i had cayenne on hand and that i had read the information years before. i currently take 3 droppers full every night in about a cup of room temp water before retiring. i have never shared this information with my cardiologist who still cannot understand how i avoided the er. julie And I wondered how you used your extract, Julie? MIght be good to precede this -- or follow this up -- with an aspirin. The benefits of that are well-established. Thanks for the useful information. CSSore Knee
Hi! Anyone have any suggestions for a sore and swollen knee? I think I sprained the darn thing when my Pug wanted to go out in the middle of the night, and in the dark I stepped on a bit of dog chewy. That hurt my wonky foot, so I stepped off it quickly, and came down funny. This was a couple of weeks ago, and since then it pops and snaps, and it hurts like holy hanna when it does! I have been keeping the hot pad on it and taking Ibuprofen occasionally. Seems to be the ligamenty thing that holds the kneecap on, as the pain isn`t deep in the joint. Ideas?? Marshalee
RE: CSCayenne
Mike, I don't have any cayenne War stories, but I've followed the power of cayenne for several years and finally decided to include it seriously into my regimen. I started by getting extra hot (90,000 HU) by the lb from my HFS. I would mix into a daily smoothie (heaping teaspoon). Spicy! Got interested in extracts for increased strength of herb in a concentrated form. DR Schultz has one @ 250,000 HU. Dropperful in a half glass of water. Spicy! Found out that some of the hot sauces top the heat of even Schultz's but the heat range isn't listed. They are definitely hotter! The heat is boosted by their adding concentrated heat. Talking about Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce, there are others. This you accustom to by the drop! Definitely WOW!!! Good mixed with salad dressings. Good mixed in peanut butter. You might have to let it just rest for awhile I know it is really bad to limp on it because you can get the muscle sequence out of whack...I also learned that shoes that are worn down on the sides can cause your knee's to hurt also.debbie Marshalee Hallett utahpug...@izikoo.com wrote: Hi! RE: CSCayenne
Thanks Julie. I make a cayenne extract with my kombucha distilled vinegar (2% acetic acid). I use 180,000 HU. It has a tendency to fall out of suspension and has to be shaken. Even with the low percentage acetic acid it doe not seem to attract mold, but long term storage may be a problem. Tabasco Sauce uses vinegar and vinegar is extremely healthy for you especially compared to alcohol. I have also made kombucha mushroom tea using cayenne and comes out really spicy. Tabasco is hotter and tastier but it is a different pepper. Lots of peppers are hotter than cayenne - some over 1,000,000 HU, so IMO, I don't think Tabasco would work. I seem to know a lot of folks who gobble down really hot peppers daily and they seem to have the same problems as the rest of people who don't eat hot peppers so cayenne must have special attributes otherwise Dr Christopher, Shultz, and others would have used even hotter peppers or simply Tabasco sauce. One thing I am leery of is the claim that cayenne scan/should be used in the eyes. I trained police for years in the use of pepper spray, as a matter of policy (and group pressure) I had to be pepper sprayed and it did knock me down with for what I thought was a long recovery time. Police pepper spray is simply capsicum oil (cayenne pepper) and water and pressure. maybe I should practice up for the coming events. In your opinion what would be the difference if one used vinegar instead of alcohol ? Ed Kasper LAc. I have the Twelth and Thirteenth Edition of this booklet, have looked at it for years, but only recently reread it with the hopes of helping a mainstream sisters carpel tunnel wrists... I've been experimented on us first, which made me think it might help your knee! I made up some 6% spray and a 6% gel. The ingredients were easy to find. I had never used glycerin before but it was at the local health food store. The aloe juice was easy to find, and the gel I just used the regular gel rather then the cosmetic grade as I figured there'd be less additives in it. It's not as thick but works none the less. I used the gel on my dh's back pain away - and bleached his back temporarily too! ;-) Also has taken away several neck aches of mine. Still experimenting but here is the whole chapter with recipes and uses for it: Hth Wendy canada From Hydrogen Peroxide Ozone Thirteenth Edition Conrad LeBeau Chapter V Bio-Oxidate Formulas: quote in this book, I am releasing several formulas for making your own bio-oxidative medicines. Some formulas are designed for persons to make at home and others for heatlh care professionals. The 3% Peroxy Spray work equally as well as the Peroxy Gel. Peroxy Spray should be stored in a refrigerator if not used on a regular basis. Either may be left out at room temperature for several days at a time. However, they will gradally lose their potency if exposed continuously to warm temperatures for more than two weeks at a time. HEALTH BENEFITS FORM USING PEROXY GEL/SPRAY: Aching joints Arthritis Rheumatism Pain (lessens or eliminates altogether) Back massage Athletes foot Sore muscles Burns Bruises Minor infections Rashes Insect bites Fungal and yeast infections Carpal tunnel syndrome Several letters received by us from customers indicate that Peroxy Gel is also beneficial for Skin cancer Tumors Gangrene Improves circulation in hands and feet restores feeling Cuts and wounds that wont heal Pleurisy/emphysema Scabies Testimonial letters tell of some incredible stories of healing experiences and of the gratitude people experience from using the gel. Several letter claim hydrogen peroxide was effective against skin cancer and tumors near the surface of the skin. As a topical application, it is believed to be compatible with any other treatment prescribed by your physician. Dosages: massage up to two tablesppons daily into the skin or use the 3% peroxy spray. The aloe vera acts like a carrier helping the H202 penetrate faster into the tissues and into the blood vessels. It also buffers the solution making it gentler on the mucus membranes and more patient friendly. FOR HOME USE 3% Peroxy Spray (for external uses) formula for 1 pint 1. into a bowl, pour 1 cup of aloe vera juice and add one cup of a 6% Hydrogen Peroxide solution. Mix with a spatula and pour into a bottle with a spray nozzle like an old Windex bottle. Keep refrigerated when not in use. For external use, spray directly on to any area of the body, you desire. Keep out of eyes. Use the same as you would Peroxy Gel. 2. label the bottle Peroxy Spray 3% H202 solution Note: DO NOT place 3% Peroxy Spray in the eyes. Some people have mixed the 3% solution with equal amounts of aloe vera juice and used a few drops in for infections in the ears. DO NOT USE H202 OR PEROXY SPARY ON HERPES INFECTIONS, COLD SORES OR SHIGLES. IT WONT WORK. IN FACT, H202 MAY ACTUALLY STIMULATE THE HERPES VIRUS. INSTEAD, TRY LEMON OIL, PATCHOULI OIL OR LOMATIUM DISSECTUM TINCTURE TOPICALLY AND APPLY I CE CUBES OR FOR REALLY GREAT RESLTS USE FRESLY MADE OZONATED OLIVE OIL. FOR HOME USE Sublingual H202 For infections (except herpes types) that wont respond to prescribed drugs 1. mix 2 tablespoon of 6% H202 (food grade quality) with 4 tablespoons of Aloe Vera juice. This gives you a 2% H202 solution in aloe vera juice. Using a dropper pipette, take 20 (1/4 teaspoon) to 40 drops (1/2 teaspoon) under the tongue every 30 to 60 minutes as directed by a health care professional who can monitor the effects and advise you. Hold solution in the mouth for 3 minutes until most of it is absorbed and then drink a full glass of water. Use up to ½ hour before meals but no earlier than 2 hours after a meal. You can also rinse your mouth with this solution and gargle with it also. NOTICE; DO NOT USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ORALLY ON A CONTINOUS DAILY BASIS LIKE IT IS SOME KIND OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENT. IT IS NOT. IT IS A LOW COST ANTIBIOTIC / ANTISEPTIC. USE SUBLINGUALLY FOR NO MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AND THEN DISCONTINUE ITS USE IF THE HEALTH PROBLEM PERSISITS. SEE A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL. Small amounts applied topically may be used more frequently or as described. FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS ONLY 6% Peroxy Gel Formula for one Pint for external use only 1. into a bowl squeeze 1 and 1/3 cups of aloe vera gelly (obtain from a health food store or drug store). Make sure you buy a cosmetic grade gel that is thick and solid
RE: CSCayenne
Ed, i don't imagine that the vinegar instead of alcohol would make much difference, except vinegar would be healthier. i use liquid cayenne when i am having angina (for fast relief) and especially when i am away from home for the convenience. share how the extract can be made and i will give it a try. i would not think it would be too much trouble to shake the bottle before dispensing a cayenne extract. the idea of kombucha tea with cayenne sounds interesting. i once got cayenne in my eye while driving. it was uncomfortable and my eye watered for quite a while. i can't imagine being sprayed in both eyes. i understand that the product Eye Brite? contains cayenne and is suggested for frequent use. perhaps it is diluted significantly. julie --- Ed Kasper edkas...@pacbell.net wrote: In your opinion what would be the difference if one used vinegar instead of alcohol ? -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
