That stuff acts like a dose of amphetamine on me, not that I mind...at the
proper time of day. [I'd actually rather have a few crystals of Meth in
the
morning coffee than caffeine..no jitters or headaches with Meth and it
still adds that 'bitters' hint to beverages that caffeine free coke and

I spent HOURS looking for MSG free dry noodle soup, a no go, doesn't
exist.
But in the process I discovered something very interesting:

There are virtually NO foods that don't contain MSG, be they totally
organic and unprocessed or not, animal or vegetable.
MSG is, in fact, a natural and nearly [maybe totally] unavoidable
 elemental flavor .
That is why labels read, No MSG added
It DOESN'T mean there's no MSG and it all comes down to how much.

If you want to have an MSG [natural flavors ] free diet, you'll probably
just have to stop eating, or resort to totally artificial and/or
absolutely
 refined foodstuffs.

That's nothing compared to how the animals scream when they are

Yes, I know - I watched 'Planet Earth' and it was pitiful the way the

In all seriousness, though...

I agree with you with respect to the way most animals are slaughtered in
the average slaughterhouse today. Current practices are atrocious and
should be outlawed immediately in favor of more humane methods.

I only buy organic, and one of the selling points is they *claim* to
slaughter their animals humanely.

I also like venison, and try to buy it from local hunters when I can.

CSExercise options for Sol

Another thought is to check into Aqua Aerobics using a private or public pool.
When we lived in a neighboring town the YMCA would hold swimming lessons in
private pools, giving free lessons to the people offering the use of their
pool. Lots of folks are happy to share their pools as long as they are not
held liable in case of accident or injury.

Take care,

Cindy

Nancy's husband is questioning the coroners finding. He doesn't want
Nancy to be remembered as someone who committed suicide. Its a cruel
label if its not true. Especially when you pin it on someone who
overcame so much.

I can't imagine anyone would deliberately plan to suicide by drowning
themselves in a shallow public hot tub. Would you do it knowing that
you may be discovered in the process and revived? Or that if you
succeeded your body would be found by total strangers, possibly even
children? Maybe a desperate single person might try it, but to get
another person to go along with the idea seems unlikely to me.

I hope the coroner looks deeper into this than the newspaper reports
suggest. Nancy deserves better.

So many can attest to her fortitude, persistant nature and goals to achieve

Well, I am not sure why I wrote diversity, when
I probably should have written adversity.

But, it would seem, that the word might not be so inappropriate. Nancy was
couragous enough to try ANYTHING to gain better health. Stuff that most people
would have put their nose up too. UT was one of them, yes, she was open minded
enough to incorporate it into her routine, and I remember her saying how well
it worked for her by lifting her energy levels as she incorporated it into an

Can you explain? Diversity is something one normally strives for, not
  tries to overcome.

Hi Terry,

I have a friend with retrobulbar neuritis and possibly MS.

Please send this diary to me so that I would possibly find
tips for him.

CSAny techies left?

Evening Arnold,

At 04:34 PM 5/1/2007, you wrote:

Few of us have all the messages. I have many thousands. If you have a
subject line, or a unique phrase, I can find them in short order.

And there are a few techies left. But few of us have a micro amp meter.

I would hope you have milliamps and micro amps mixed up.

I could likely rig a micro amp measurement using some of my $100 digital
panel meters if I thought it to be that important.

You can make excellent CS and never measure micro amps. Few people even
measure milliamps.

How much are you measuring at the present?

Sorry the last link could not be opened unless one is subscribed to
Chicago Tribune, this link should open- this is terrible that the police

they're all lazy and don't want to put in an extra effort.
