what you were doing *prior* to 3 years ago?  As in..(a) was the solution 
made using LVDC? Yes/No (b) was it *only* silver and pure or distilled water 
used, (if something was added then simply saying "other" will do)? Yes/Other 
(c) what ppm? what colour was the resultant solution, (as best you could tell 
or remember)? how much were you taking a day? how many weeks, months or years 
were you ingesting it?  I would be grateful if you could answer these questions 
for me.  I only want to know what you were doing *prior* to 3 years ago though.

Annie,

  You may be getting argyria from the silver.  Make sure you are taking a 
good quality 10ppm colloidal silver (Utopia is great or you can make your 
own... make sure it's made strictly from .999 fine silver and distilled water, 
nothing else including salt).  Also how much do you take daily?  You may be 
overdoing it.   There is a possible cure for argyria... go to 
silvermedicine.org for the recipe.

To conclude:  My reason for asking the questions was purely of a selfish 
nature to try and determine what effects people on this site have 
experienced in all the years they have been playing around with EICS.  In 
our times of global communications there should be many who can supply 
information regarding "colour" but it seems this is not to be the case.  At 
the moment there have been only 2 people and both have spoken of fingernail 
moons so I am forced to develop a conclusion regarding colouration of 
fingernail moons also. As there are three differing colours of said moons in 
my family alone I am unable to support the theory, (at this point in time), 
that silver should be considered as a contributing factor in this 
colouration until I can get further information to indicate otherwise.  The 
aforesaid moon colouration could be attributed to numerous other issues of 
which, again, I believe would be a digression from silver.  Of course I 
stand to be corrected on this but I would need more information to be 
forthcoming before I am satisfied, it appears there would be as many 
'factors' involved in this as there are in EICS in my opinion.  At the 
moment I would say that colouration of moons could be a *healthy* sign of 
silver permeating through ones' entire system and this colouration could 
simply be the first sign, or 'green light', signifying good blood 
circulation, combined with an adequate silver retention, while not 
necessarily being considered an *excess* of silver in the blood, (no

   The Desideratum (Latin for necessary thing) is the title of a
small booklet by John Wesley, Methodist theologian, published in the mid
1700's.  It relates the author's knowlege of and experiences with the
'new' phenomenon of electricity.  His knowledge led him to establish at
least four free clinics for the poor in London.   This extraordinary
little volume from page 42 to about 64 relates many episodes of very
quick healings of many and varied terrible afflictions common in those
days.  This book was available for download in its entirety through
books.google.com, advanced scholar search, full view mode.  It is no
longer available for download through them.  This only occurred in about
the last month.  The Yahoo group named microelectricitygermkiller has
this posted in its files, that is, the booklet in its entirety and has
done for about the last two months.  That group has detailed
instructions for making some very simple and effective healing tools
using micro amounts of dc electricity using, at the strongest, a single
6 volt lantern battery.  Many personal experiences of apparent healing
or improvement of some very pretty awful conditions, some heretofore
hopeless, are reported in their All Diseases files. 
I am sending this to this group because I am worried that  a
site as selfless as google has decided to remove such a wonderful
document.  I want every single person in the world to read those pages
referred to above.  If they find it meaningless, then so be it.  But
electricity is a healing tool without equal, in my opinion and
experience.  And the experiences in the  Desideratum may give the
suffering a glimmer of hope that maybe something can be done for them.
Certainly it can with only a little bit more knowledgewhich is
available at the micro group.  So easy and so inexpensive. I intend
to look into alternatives as to getting the Desideratum as wide a
distribution as possible.  But I am hoping something can be done to get
Google to put Wesley's little jewel back on their site for download.
Maybe if all on this list will email them, then something can be done.
I don't know.   That they have removed that booklet is distinctly
terrible and is extremely hurtful, particularly to those already

Apparently, it is a high voltage, low current device, probably a static
electric generator of some sort.

But, neither Marshall nor I used that kind of silver. Low ppm LVDC 
silver, no starters or additives of any kind. We both DID use a lot 
though. I'm just referring here to grey nail moons, not any grey

 Smurfism is due to *retention* of silver in the body  from over 
indulgence plus an abnormal metals elimination system.

It's not the form of silver, but the quantity of silver.. "retained"
 With the solubility limits of ionic silver, it's virtually impossible to 
imbibe enough silver over a lifetime to retain that much before the water 
kills you.


 The "problem" is that people who use salt as a starter and an unregulated 
generator along with the entirely BOGUS **1 PPM per minute** rule have zero 
idea how strong they make their EIS and most of it isn't ionic...thus, not 
subject to solubility limits.
Even then, a normal system protects and smurfism is quite rare as a normal 
elimination rate is around 94% in 48 hours. [98% over 30 days for inhaled dust]

At that rate, it would take several hundred years to retain enough.
 Researcher have been unable to study the phenomenon from start to finish 
because they have been unable to make it happen in a manner anything like 
reliably [if at all] even using injections at thousands of PPM.
 One researcher became so frustrated that he went to the silver processing 
industry and looked at pre safety standards records spanning almost 100 years.
 He found the lowest absenteeism from colds and flu of any industry and an 
incidence of Smurf at 1 in 2000 workers.

Much as I would love this to be the case, I've been researching this for many 
years, and I don't believe that will ever happen.  One only needs to drive past 
the major medical centers in any large city to understand the 
financial devastation that will occur if simple devices like these become 
acceptable.  Read "Racketeering in Medicine," "Politics in Healing," and "The 
Cancer Cure that Worked," among other good books to see what happens when 
"real" cures are found.

Bottom line is, a lot of people make a lot of money in the "mainstream" medical 
community.  If a little 6-volt battery and a few wires, a device just about 
anybody can make themselves, is found to have success treating ailments that 
are now treated by expensive drugs, chemotherapy treatments, surgeries, etc., a 
lot of people would not take kindly to the radical cuts in their incomes and 
lifestyles.

You may remember a few years ago, when Bill and Melinda Gates announced an 
effort to help people in Africa who got Malaria.  I went on their website, and 
realized that they wouldn't be interested in talking to the guy right up the 
road, across the border in Canada, who has been sending inexpensive machines to 
a clinic in Africa.  One little machine was able to treat dozens of people per 
day.  I don't recall the cost of the machine any more, or even which one it 
was, but I'm sure it wasn't more than maybe $200.  Compare that to the drug 
regimin that the Gates Foundation was willing to support.  But their criteria 
were very specific.  This guy's machine wasn't "mainstream," so they weren't 
interested.

I've adopted the philosophy that I need to be aware of that 6-volt gadget, plus 
many other simple modalities.  Thankfully, we don't have any major medical 
problems, but if the time comes, I want to know where to look for the simple 
stuff that causes what the modern medical world calls "spontaneous remissions," 
which are probably much more related to aggressive use of any number of 
"alternative" experiments

booklet by John Wesley, Methodist theologian, published in the mid 1700's.  It 
relates the author's knowlege of and experiences with the 'new' phenomenon of

the poor in London.   This extraordinary little volume from page 42 to about 64

electricity using, at the strongest, a single 6 volt lantern battery.  Many 
personal experiences of apparent healing or improvement of some very pretty 
awful conditions, some heretofore hopeless, are reported in their All Diseases 
files. 
  I am sending this to this group because I am worried that  a site as 
selfless as google has decided to remove such a wonderful document.  I want 
every single person in the world to read those pages referred to above.  If 
they find it meaningless, then so be it.  But electricity is a healing tool 
without equal, in my opinion and experience.  And the experiences in the  
Desideratum may give the suffering a glimmer of hope that maybe something can 
be done for them.  Certainly it can with only a little bit more 
knowledgewhich is available at the micro group.  So easy and so 
inexpensive. I intend to look into alternatives as to getting the 
Desideratum as wide a distribution as possible.  But I am hoping something can 
be done to get Google to put Wesley's little jewel back on their site for 
download.  Maybe if all on this list will email them, then something can be 
done.  I don't know.   That they have removed that booklet is distinctly 
terrible and is extremely hurtful, particularly to those already disadvantaged.
