  Del,

Like you, I tried many things to get rid of toenail fungus and you wouldn't
believe what workedVicks Vapor Rub! I put it on right out of the shower,
tried to keep my feet exposed to the air, sprayed H202 in my shoes daily, and
within a month, saw new clean nails growing with a nice pink bed underneath.
It has now been three months, and the toenails are looking great and the fungus
infected parts of the nail are almost all cut off.

Subject: CS>Toenail fungus

Hi:

I have had toenail fungus for most of my life on my left big toe.
I have tried many things to get rid of it, but nothing worked.
Recently, I realized that the fungus was spreading to my other left toes.
I did more research and decided to try a combination of two parts DMSO with
8 parts SSKI.
I have been saturating all my left toenails with this twice a day for a few
weeks now (maybe 5 weeks).
Suddenly, it looks like some of the smaller nails are getting ready to
break off.
Actually, I consider this a positive development, since I never got any
reaction from anything I tried before.
The literature that recommended this treatment said the you should cut back
the nails as they died until nothing was left anyway.
I am also taking olive leaf and oregano oil internally to attack from
within in addition to the external treatment.
Has anyone on the list beaten toenail fungus and, if so, what was the
process like?
How will I know if I have finally succeeded? When a new, healthy nail
grows in, I suppose?

Several times during recent years we have conducted examinations of commercial
products
designed to whiten teeth. We experienced very limited success. However,
recently, we completed a somewhat more detailed investigation and were able to
find a single product which, did, indeed,
display an excellent ability to whiten teeth, quickly---and to do so without
attendant pain or discomfort...at least such was our results. I feel somewhat
professionally uncomfortable, even juvenile, in stating the name of the
productCelebrity Sexy Teeth. In spite of its rather sophomoric identifier,
this substance did, indeed, produce whitening improvements up to 8 shades
among the volunteer populationsometimes within 10 to 12 days. Some of the
other products had cost prices which would equal over $600.00 for a full
treatment regime. None of these highly-hyped
products equaled...or even approachedthe effectiveness of the Celebrity
product. All of the products which exhibited any useful effect, contained
varying percentages of hydrogen peroxide.
However, and this is the reason for my submitting this email.we were able
for a cost of mere pennies, to produce a simple mixture that was SUBSTANTIALLY
more powerful than the Celebrity product (which, by the way, was not overly
expensive). Our homemade solution was produced in light of the fact that we had
determined the PRINCIPAL advantage of the Celebrity product seemed to lie in
its superior ability to rapidly affect the deeper regions of the
enamel.than did any of its competitors. After simple variations in strength
ratios between common commercial, drugstore hydrogen peroxide, and DMSOwe
arrived at an acceptable compromise between user comfort---and rapid results.
Our most acceptable mixture (all parameters considered) turned out to be one of
approximately 80% (by volume) of 3.5% Hydrogen Peroxide (the standard drugstore
variety) and 20% DMSO (full strength parent solution). One easy way for the
novice to mix is to pour about 2 tablespoons o! f H202 in a very small glass
and about 1 teaspoon of DMSO. Caution: As DMSO is highly hygroscopic, one
should always pour the DMSO into the parent diluent. The actual method-of-use
of this solution is at the discretion of the experimenter. Some persons simply
hold about a teaspoon of the solution in their mouth and brush their teeth with
a toothbrush for about 20 seconds. However, many persons are intolerant of the
bitterness of this percentage of DMSO and/or cannot tolerate the gag-reflex
sometimes presenting. Therefore, the most acceptable method among a majority of
our volunteers was to simply use a common Q-Tip swab which had been enlarged by
adding enough additional cotton to about double the sizedip it into the
solution and "generously paint" the front surface of the front teeth.
Effectiveness was enhanced by keeping the top lip above the treated surface for
about 2 minutes. It was, also, worthwhile to paint the teeth a second time
about 60 seconds into ea! ch protocol. A second 2 minute application became
standard procedure for the volut!
eers during the course of this research investigation.
Some of the volunteers utilized stronger H202 solutions (up to 6%) and some
employed much stronger DMSO fractions (+20%). However, the one outlined above
proved to be most effective.and was DEFINITELY SUPERIOR to the commercial
Celebrity product-which was the only one of the commercial variety to yield
acceptable results during our investigations.
None of the volunteers experienced any untoward side-effects, whatsoever, while
using the "paint on" method just outlined. A majority of our participants
enjoyed quite rapid whitening and in shorter time-spans than with the Celebrity
product. Incidentlyat about 1/50th the cost.
I hope some of the list membership will find this information of value.

RE: CS>EIS/CS Colour...phooee

2009-11-04 Thread Neville Munn

Yes Marshall, my explanations probably aren't the best but I go by the
'clarity' of colour if you like, if that colour (which is seldom I may add) is
a 'clear' or 'distinct' colour and not cloudy or such then my assumption
follows that which was stated earlier. May be wrong there but that's how I
judge quality.

But here's something to ponder...that 'tea' coloured solution I spoke of was
brewed in a 2 litre crystal jug and I believe something happened between the
lead in that crystal and the electrolysis process, am going to repeat one day
and if result is the same then I know the lead in the crystal glassware is
having some effect on end result. I may be right off the mark there but can't
think of another reason why this should have occurred on that occasion.

Conductivity [uS] is conductivity, so 442, NaCl and KCl is irrelevant.
The uS conductivity number closely corresponds to the PPM number ..after the
conductivity stops dropping...up to around 30 uSas derived by $$ Atomic
Absorption Spectrophotometer tests $$ done on samples averaging 12 PPM @ 87%
ionic as the middle of a range.
Little or no Tyndall Effect, [as seen in a laser beam] fudge the number down
some...heavy dense TE fudge it up some, to compensate for the unreadable
particulates.

Beyond 30 uS water solubility limits create conditions where conductivity
measuring is **pretty** much useless but can still offer some hints when taken
before it drops.

Using constant current means a linear ion emission rate, so plotting
conductivity rise over time at a given current, you can extend that line past
30 uS where it starts going non linear with unreadable particle formation and
predict PPM as uS that can't be read.
But a second uS drop back chart would make that a lot more accurate and that's
probably not linear and would take many time stabilized batches to compile.

Some say that Faraday Equations correspond with conductivity measurements, but
Faraday doesn't account for waste products...ie "where" the silver is.
Obviously, not all of it stays in the water. [Yet another chart to average in? ]

BUT

In the REAL world where application is pure common sense intuition and no
dosing recommendations make any sense at all because every person and every
application is unique, "ballpark" is good enough.
It's nearly impossible to over do and the major difference is just water.
A particle too big to get out, never gets in and the sizes range all over the
place in any given batch. Your body has a great and intelligent filtration
system if IT is working properly...and if it isn't, you'll likely be having
some other much more serious problems than turning blue.

A Claymore mine and a sniper rifle do the same job when the scenery doesn't
care.

Do what works and if it doesn't, do it different till it does..and if it STILL
doesn't, do something else as well. [Like, toss in some DMSO and eat a lot of
carrots]

When you forget that you need to, you are done. [Until something reminds you,
if it does ]

Personally, I think the fuss about sea salt is really about processed
over unprocessed.

Table salt has been heated and bleached and additions incorporated for
free flowing, etc.
Raises suspicions...

Sea salt, essentially unprocessed, with trace minerals.
Sounds better, tastes better.
Various sources (seas) give various flavors due to natural location
differences.

Price differences are meaningless to me, as a pound of salt lasts me
about 5 years.

Re: CS>Premixed CS/DMSO?

2009-11-04 Thread Garnet

Because DMSO is an anti-oxidant and H2O2 is a strong
oxidizer I would not store the two together as you would
probably end up with water and MSM, from H2O2
giving up one of its oxygen atoms to the DMSO and
forming DMSO2, which is MSM.

I am not a chemist so I can't verify this, however if I
were using them together at all I would mix them up
fresh for each use.

Like you, I tried many things to get rid of toenail fungus and you wouldn't

tried to keep my feet exposed to the air, sprayed H202 in my shoes daily, and
within a month, saw new clean nails growing with a nice pink bed underneath.
It has now been three months, and the toenails are looking great and the fungus
infected parts of the nail are almost all cut off.

  Hi:

I have had toenail fungus for most of my life on my left big toe.
I have tried many things to get rid of it, but nothing worked.
Recently, I realized that the fungus was spreading to my other left toes.
I did more research and decided to try a combination of two parts DMSO with 8
parts SSKI.
I have been saturating all my left toenails with this twice a day for a few
weeks now (maybe 5 weeks).
Suddenly, it looks like some of the smaller nails are getting ready to break
off.
Actually, I consider this a positive development, since I never got any
reaction from anything I tried before.
The literature that recommended this treatment said the you should cut back
the nails as they died until nothing was left anyway.
I am also taking olive leaf and oregano oil internally to attack from within
in addition to the external treatment.
Has anyone on the list beaten toenail fungus and, if so, what was the process
like?
How will I know if I have finally succeeded? When a new, healthy nail grows
in, I suppose?

Re: CS>EIS/CS Colour...phooee

2009-11-04 Thread Marshall Dudley
Teh quantity of particles changes the darkness of the color, the more
particles the darker, thus light yellow, yellow, amber and dark amber
would all be essentially the same particle size. Particle size changes
the color, with the color absorbed going to longer wavelengths as the
particle size increases. Be mindful that the color seen is the
complement of the color absorbed, so as it moves from violet to blue to
green in absorption, you see light yellow to gold, to orange, then red.
Multiple sizes will absorb in multiple wavelengths giving more of a
brown or black.

It is very high concentration of particles, not large particle size or
contamination, that gives these products
such colour." End quote. This comes from an article from CSL.
Probably depends on which published material one wants to believe, I
believe this, and my own visual observations over all else, not to
mention my tested samples of course.

That 1 micron 'colloid' I spoke of earlier would be the upper limit,
however, our particles/particle clusters would fall WELL under that
limit. Unless 'lumps' of silver are found laying in the bottom of my
container...it's all good, and the above quote is relevant.

Re: CS>Getting Started

2009-11-04 Thread Ode Coyote

Conductivity [uS] is conductivity, so 442, NaCl and KCl is irrelevant.
The uS conductivity number closely corresponds to the PPM number ..after
the conductivity stops dropping...up to around 30 uSas derived by $$
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer tests $$ done on samples averaging 12
PPM @ 87% ionic as the middle of a range.
Little or no Tyndall Effect, [as seen in a laser beam] fudge the number
down some...heavy dense TE fudge it up some, to compensate for the
unreadable particulates.

Beyond 30 uS water solubility limits create conditions where conductivity
measuring is **pretty** much useless but can still offer some hints when
taken before it drops.

Using constant current means a linear ion emission rate, so plotting
conductivity rise over time at a given current, you can extend that line
past 30 uS where it starts going non linear with unreadable particle
formation and predict PPM as uS that can't be read.
But a second uS drop back chart would make that a lot more accurate and
that's probably not linear and would take many time stabilized batches to
compile.

Some say that Faraday Equations correspond with conductivity measurements,
but Faraday doesn't account for waste products...ie "where" the silver is.
Obviously, not all of it stays in the water. [Yet another chart to
average in? ]

 BUT

In the REAL world where application is pure common sense intuition and no
dosing recommendations make any sense at all because every person and every
application is unique, "ballpark" is good enough.

It's nearly impossible to over do and the major difference is just water.
A particle too big to get out, never gets in and the sizes range all over
the place in any given batch. Your body has a great and intelligent
filtration system if IT is working properly...and if it isn't, you'll
likely be having some other much more serious problems than turning blue.

A Claymore mine and a sniper rifle do the same job when the scenery doesn't
care.

Do what works and if it doesn't, do it different till it does..and if it
STILL doesn't, do something else as well. [Like, toss in some DMSO and eat
a lot of carrots]

When you forget that you need to, you are done. [Until something reminds
you, if it does ]

Can someone give me the short lesson?

I'm thinking I want the mode at µS and 442. This is different than the ppm
that is talked about. Is there any conversions I have to do for say a 10
ppm solution? Please help me understand.

HM Digital makes a decent PPM meter [TDS3] ..but a PPM meter isn't what
you want...they are designed to meter "salt water" and silver water isn't
salt water.
Looks like this one is on the low end of their line.
A PPM meter is useful for CS ...but not very.

  Try an HM Digital EC3

or COM-100

Yea, then there's that person waiting for a diesel bus that complains
that somebody down the street is smoking a cigarette.

Deadly second hand smoke vs a million times as much first hand diesel fume.

Sea salt. From what modern sea?
Rock salt from a mine formed by an old sea drying up...wouldn't want to
miss out on all those old volcanoes.

Must protest Depleted Uranium as I drink from my well drilled into
radioactive Granite and live in a radioactive brick house seeping Radon gas

Ah yes, the good old safe days...you know, back when everything was organic
and people commonly had goiters, scurvy and rickets.

200 years ago, cancer death rates were low...because everything else was so

Re: CS>Color of CS

Guy at the auto parts store; "What kind of vehicle do you have"?

Answer: A red one.
...sorry, we don't sell parts for red freight trains. If you had a blue
airplane, now.

How much current, what sort of voltage, how much electrode , how far apart,
are they held parallel, for how long, how do you know how strong, in how
much good or bad a distilled water..."stirred or shaken" ?

If you don't know the answers to those questions, then the answer to the
question "how" is I don't really know, but at least I use distilled water.

Time does count, for it takes time for some reactions to take place and be
complete.

The questions are, what reactions and how can they be eliminated?

Have you tried a different distilled water? [Never mind that no two jugs
are the same except by accident ]
Might try using a different storage container. [in a clear container, you
can watch what happens ]

**Usually** CS goes yellow if you used too much current for too long...but
that's not the only possible reason.
There are also a few of different sorts of yellow. ie reflective or
refractive from particle size and pigmented from oxides and other
contamination reaction results...which can be, but aren't always related.

Do something different. If you get different results, that's something to
look at.

But it helps to know what you did, so doing it different can also be a known.

This would apply if you were certain of what *caused* the yellowing.
If it were just silver then that would be ok, but what if it is the
silver agglomerating with something else? To me if it is mostly
clear, and then yellow sometimes, it is not certain what has caused
that colour. dee

such colour." End quote. This comes from an article from CSL.
Probably depends on which published material one wants to believe, I
believe this, and my own visual observations over all else, not to

That 1 micron 'colloid' I spoke of earlier would be the upper limit,
however, our particles/particle clusters would fall WELL under that

my container...it's all good, and the above quote is relevant.

Hi Arthur.  So you're saying that this is personal experience, not a friend of
a friend?  And that it actually worked?  Great!!  How long did it take?  Do you
now have normal nails?

Now -- is Atomidine liquid?  And is it available at health food stores?
Thanks.  MA

I used Atomidine (iodine) with DMSO 50/50, on a bandaid each night. Worked
beautifully.

Didn't someone on the list cure toenail fungus with EIS and DMSO by soaking in
a footbath? Did he lose his toenails too?

i have heard David Wolfe say that the
fungus does not live only in the nail.  he reports that
it enters the second joint below the nail.  he has
suggested that one would need to paint the toe (or finger)
from the tip of the nail all the way down, up to and
including the second joint below the affected nail with #1.
tincture of Pau d' Arco followed immediately by #2.
DMSO.  one would then wait until the area is completely
dry before donning socks or shoes.  this experiment
should continue until the new nail has grown in as any
remaining fungus can re- root and re- enter the nail.

i have heard one person report that after trying many
things for years this method did in fact work.  i began
the protocol, but did not complete it and noticed that the
old nail does at least sometimes pull away from the
toe.  this was not painful and i found a small new nail
 growing in it's place.
