Thanks for this one Tel - just did my maths and it works out for me at my
weight @ 750 megs per day
HC suggests 3,000.00 - seeing as how OD is not a possibility - I am supposing
any intake between these two figures would work - I have been following HC's
suggestion for the past three weeks, and see a huge difference in my skin,
reduction of pressure behind my eyes, so it is working for me, I think
Keep on enjoying my favorite state, have a wonderful day and may many blessings

I think it is an excellent price..it works out to the same price I
would pay for LouAna coconut oil in my local grocery store.
I'm not sure where one would get a better price for quality,
non-chemical extracted coconut oil. I have concern that the LouAna is
chemically extracted and bleached...they do not use hexane, but I
think there are other chemicals they might be using, maybe not as bad,
but still.
When I run out of TT, I do use LouAna though, and to be perfectly
honest, so far I cannot tell any difference in smell/taste or
performance between the two brands. But I do use expeller process
coconut oil only because I cannot stand the taste and smell of virgin
coconut oil (of any of the 5 brands I've tried).
