RE: CSResidue in silver?
Try cleaning them at regular timed intervals during the brewing process, and paper towel is all I use also, but I wipe the electrodes fairly vigorously to get them as clean as I can. Other than that, I don't know. N. Date: Sun, 18 Nov 2012 19:41:54 -0500 Subject: Re: CSResidue in silver? In my opinion, yes. I take berberine too after eating with rla. Seems to do great. RE: CSDiabetic peripheral neuropathy
I've read that berberine is most effective for controlling blood sugar spikes if taken 20-30 minutes before eating, and that ALA is also best absorbed on an empty stomach. I take you've found both to be effective taken on a full stomach? Thanks, Terry James C Brown brown...@frontiernet.net wrote: = In my opinion, yes. I take berberine too after eating with rla. Mike, thanks for the suggestions on EFT. I found garythink.com and am using the videos to learn it. If you (or others) can suggest any other resources I would appreciate it. -Alan On Fri, Nov 9, 2012 at 5:29 PM, M.G. I had a relative who was clearly suffering from post-traumatic stress after a cardiac close call and a series of invasive medical procedures. Combined with a fearsome financial situation as a result of their temporary disability, they were so bound up in fear and anxiety that they were almost non-functional, suffering frequent extreme anxiety attacks and persistent insomnia. It took some tough love (read: at least one shouting match!) to get them to confront what they were doing to themselves and to instill the inkling that some positive response was even possible. I then was able to introduce EFT and guided them through frequent sessions for a week or more, gradually confronting each element of the trauma from the hospital experiences, plus their fears about job, money, mortality, and whatever else expressed itself or acted as a trigger. They learned to do the procedure themselves, and I often received reports in the morning of self-administered sessions that helped them get back to sleep the night before. In a little over a month, they were emotionally recovered and in fact considerably stronger than they were before events overtook them. Their physical situation improved substantially, permitting them to return to work within 6 months, and there is no doubt in my mind that that would not have been possible under the extreme stress to which they were subjected by the emotional issues. Your situation is, thankfully, more tame than that, but no less important to you than this was for us. As a way to dissipate your fears and anxiety so as to allow a positive outlook to express itself, EFT will serve you well, and is technically very simple, to boot. Peace, Mike D. Even if fasting glucose levels indicate one is okay,it does not speak to the damage being done from repetitive post meal glucose surges. The longer repetitive post-meal glucose surges stay elevated, the greater is the damage done to tissues. The damage eventually progresses to the state where fasting glucose levels indicate a diabetic complication. http://www.lef.org/search/?q=chlorogenic%20acidc=Magazine and http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2011/ss2011_Are-We-All-Pre-Diabetic_02.htmand discuss this process in more detail. One solution is chlorogenic acid found in green coffee bean extract which has been clinically shown to limit dangerous after-meal glucose surges. Olushola

I am trained in a number of different energy protocols. I think my favorite is DP4 which can be learned from Karen at www.workasworship.com. She is a great teacher and there is a lot of good free information on the site.
