My understanding is that whole milk does help the bones, while lowfat or no
fat milk does allow the calcium to be utilized. A number of years ago, my
grandmother broke her arm. She liked drinking milk and had always used whole
milk. The doctor was very impressed at how quickly the break healed. Shortly
after that, she was told to drink no fat milk. A year and a half after that
her spine started to collapse. it seems unreasonable that a woman in her late

attribute it to the change in her milk drinking.

This has been bothering me. Magnet therapy does have a herx effect also. That
is why drinking extra water with magnet therapy is recommended. I think that
one needs to be careful, and if the pain is too much to lessen the time of
the magnet therapy along with drinking extra water. Then according to how
that effects the body, go from there.
I am not doubting that for some people the effects may be too much, but
perhaps some experimenting with the conditions of the therapy within sensible
limits could be advisable.
When I first started magnetic therapy, my pain did increase, but later it
decreased. That was my experience.

Yes, it is a great loss. Many people do not realize that it is something that

Several months back, I noticed that my skin looked gray and my fingernails
were bluish. I had not heard of CS at the time, so that was not a factor. I
was getting very upset, thinking that perhaps I had suddenly gotten some
condition that wasn't letting my blood have enough oxygen. I went to look in
the mirror, but my face looked OK. Then I looked more closely at my hands,
which is where I had first noticed it. I scratched at one of the fingernails
and discovered the color came off. When I washed my hands thoroughly (about
20 times) finally all the color returned to normal. I was very puzzled until
I remembered I had been canning peaches and tomatoes and perhaps the color
came from a natural dye in them. I doubt that this is the problem here, but
it would be an idea to get checked by a doctor to see if maybe it is her
heart or lung function or something else.

OK, since I want to be cautious and try CS very carefully to see what
reaction I have if any, I would like to buy prepared CS. Where is a good
place to get some?

CS>Allergies

1999-10-08 Thread BinsMom1
Hello,
I am new to this list and wanted to know if anyone knows of possible
allergies to CS. I asked my physician about it, and although she is usually
OK with alternative treatments, she was a little leery of CS for me since I
am allergic to some other metals.
