  You are on the money here, very similar to herpx reaction caused by die-off 
. The difference is these are the toxins that have accumulated in the cells

Janet,

I don't know if your message was directed at me or the general immune group.
I use everything from a bandanna 'RAP' mask with a charcoal filter to a
full-blown PAPR (Powered Respirator) unit capable of cleaning the air in a
smokestack for 8 hours, and everything in between.  I match my choice of
respirator to the amount of pollution/dust control that I need.

My post was to alert immune members that there are 'in-between' solutions
that can be carried and used without any trouble.  Some of the immune group
seem to have never considered using respirators of any kind, or they were
unaware of the odor removing capabilities of the various newer models.

By the way, you'd be surprised at how effective some of the disposables are.
Granted they may not last as long as a canister model, but the better ones
I've used seem to be just as effective at chemical removal.  And then when
you consider their very low weight, low cost, easy storage (folded in your
pocket, glovebox, etc.), and 'heat build-up' comfort level, they are a far
better solution for day-to-day activities.  Not to mention that if you are
concerned about your appearance to the rest of the world, then the small
disposables become much more appealing to wear.

Just my opinion, as usual...

Disposable masks won't help much for serious pollution. An industrial
grade respirator will however. The best are silicon blue 2000, available
at Sierra Safety in Rocklin Ca. or at other places, I'm sure.

THANKS to Susan and Janet for the help.  I will pursue both ideas.
However, with regard to the car air cleaners, do they produce ozone?  I
haven't seen air purifiers for cars that don't and I appear to be ozone
sensitive from prior experience with such products.  

Update: The insurance company can't understand why I could possibly need
the 02 for asthma and allergies (guess the EI doc didn't go the MCS
route).  I am paying for all to start and will work on the insurance
problem as we go along.  My EI/allergy doc does not deal with insurance
companies at all - his patients pay up front and then try to get
reimbursed.  Does anyone know the proper content for an letter of
medical necessity for this type of justification?  I can send it to my
doc for his reference.

Ivan I tend to agree with you, for example, when I use 14 GA silver wire I 
have CS in 20 min. whereas if I use 1oz silver bullion cut in half with the 
same power source and 8 oz of distilled water, three times the amount of time 
to obtain the same result.

Hello CS list;
   I found a constent power sorce in a bell chime transformer also .999+ 
pure Eberhard silver bullion for my electrodes.
   Can any one suggest times to generate cs using a constent 24 volts and 
a rectangle silver bullion cut in half.I've been making good cs following 
directions I found on this list befor when I first started using 4 9v batts 
and 14 ga. wire I'm sure there will be a big difference but maybe not 
although now I am going to use a lower voltage I will have a much larger 
serface exposure of silver . So if anyone out there has knowledge or an 
educated guess let me know.

I'm sure I screwed up, I heated the water to 160 deg. ,I used 36 volts, I 
cooked it for 45 min with my electrodes 3/4 in apart 4 in deep in poland 
springs distilled water.See what hurryup does.

Hi;
   My name is Ron and I made my second batch of CS day before yesterday. When 
I first made it the color looked almost like brown dirty water. Next day 
(yesterday) the color was golden. This morning it is a deep "blue".Is this 
normal? should I take it anyway.
   I need some advice

Hi;
   My name is Ron and I am new to the chat. I have been watching the list for 
a week or so and gathered a lot of info on cs. I received my silver 
electrodes yesterday and produced my first batch using 4- 9v batts. I think I 
got a good batch to start. Last night the batch was cloudy but this mourning 
it had cleared up. I had a slight yellow tint, not at all as I had expected 
(deeper yellow).I used 8 oz. of water electrodes were  4 '' into the 
distilled water for 45 min. Can anyone tell me the proper procedure using 14 
Ga. wire.
