Hello, Bob Lee. Thanks, I am so electronically challenged that I have
printed out your repost and am studying it scratching my head... couple more
questions I hope you will feel like answering:

(1) You understand the physics: yellow or not, is the substance suspended in
the water pure silver, not silver oxide or silver nitrate or anything else?

(2) In my system, the yellow color appears *while* the power is *on*. (Tho
it does seem to intensify or darken after I turn it off.) So the darkening
would be the floculation effect? Am I correct in getting the impression
that the more floculation there is, the larger the particles and the *less*
effective the CS, so the effectiveness of the CS is NOT positively
correlated with the intensity of its amber color?

(3) So what would the most effective type of CS look like? You would have
to have a lab analyze its ppm, right?

Lindeman's article sure is impressive. He even spells correctly!

Maybe my question is really a non- question. When we say that something
reflects yellow light, all we really mean is that it *is* yellow.
Bananas, after all, reflect yellow light. So it is not so surprising,
maybe, that the particles which reflect yellow light while suspended in
water, continue to reflect yellow light when they dry. (I take it that was
your point when you made the Rit dye analogy).

But I still wonder *what* those particles are. You pointed out that all we
have here is pure H2O and silver, but we have some air, too. So, if the
particles are anything besides pure microscopic silver, could they be some
combination of silver with the other elements present, hydrogen, oxygen,
nitrogen, etc? Has that possibility been ruled out? Has anyone had a lab
test some CS for elemental purity?

So you're saying that the black coating on the anode is silver oxide, but
none of that gets into the water if we don't jiggle it too much? I once
overcooked a batch of CS in my Stenulson rig, and it turned grayish yellow.
Any guesses what that was?

CS>Amber color of CS

1998-09-19 Thread Philip Collins
Hello, silverlisters and Bruce.

A question about the significance of the color(s) of our CS:

If the amber color of some homemade CS is really only due to some peculiar
property of the light which is refracted off the minute particules suspended
in pure water, then why do I observe the following:

(1) a swab dipped once or twice into my amber CS is stained amber, and
remains that color even after it dries.

(2) after making a batch of CS and (sloppily, I'm afraid) cleaning off the
anode and diode wires and letting them air-dry, there is a little ring of
amber powder around the end of the silver wire where it goes thru the
plastic top of the processing jar.

Sure looks to me as if the color of the substance suspended in the water
really *is* amber, not "silver".

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hello, Mark.

I too am a candida sufferer. I have tried many kinds of herbs, used a
modified candida diet, and am currently using a Bruce Stenulson
lower-frequency zapper for better penetration of intestinal contents. I
have improved my situation a great deal, but am also considering adding CS
to the protocol. One thing I have discovered from many experiences with
different remedies: **start small**!! When I have started with full doses
of anything effective, I always get a "Herxheimer Reaction", which includes
all sorts of scary symptoms. When you kill off too many invaders at once,
your liver and kidneys get overloaded trying to clean up the corpses and
their exudates.

Please do let me know what doses you *do* use, and how you do on them. I am
just about ready to start drinking CS, but need encouragement.

Best wishes.

Re: Silver and immunity

1998-07-30 Thread Philip Collins
Hello Deb and everyone:

This story seems to me to illustrate the virtue of giving your immune system
a chance to fight off any bug it "catches" thoroughly *before* coming to the
rescue with CS, with electromedicine, with antibiotics, or with *any*
external anti-microbial. If your immune system is able to fight off the
invaders, it will do so by creating antibodies against the invader--enough
antibodies, and strong-enough ones, to defeat the enemy. After the invaders
are gone, you retain the antibodies for an extended period of time--in some
cases for life. They, in turn will protect you in the future. Of course
there will be times when we need CS or something like it. But for the most
part, it is best to let the immune system take care of the infection on its
own, as long as it seems to be doing so effectively.

Far as I know, antibiotics do not destroy the immune system. BUT. When
your immune system has to deal with an infection *by itself*, either the
invaders overwhelm it and you die, or else your immune system rises to the
occasion, creating antibodies that can kill off the invaders, and thus
strengthening itself, especially against those invaders. That's how you
develop immunity to certain diseases. I believe that if you depend on
antibiotics, or CS, or anything external, to fight infections, the immune
system gets less chance to exercise its functions, and does end up weaker
than it would be if it could have dealt with the infections by itself. So I
do not think it is a good idea to depend on *any* external microbe killer
until you have given your immune system a chance to handle it by itself. If
that doesn't work, then it makes sense to use external help.

 Gee, if
>CS did in our immune systems, I`d be dying of all sorts of infections,
>instead of being so darn healthy!! (My doc told me yesterday that my blood

Cool,

Well, If you are taking CS every day, you are depending on it every day to
perform the functions nature designed the immune system for. Who knows what
is happening to your immune system? If you remain healthy *after* you
*stop* taking CS, then you'll know you did not weaken your immune system.
Right?

MSM

1998-07-25 Thread Philip Collins
Dameon,

Here is more on MSM:

MSM - How Much is Enough?
1,000 milligrams = 1/4 teaspoon (2 capsules)
In general, taking about 1,000 milligrams of MSM for every 30 pounds of body
weight (spread out in two or three servings over the course of the day) is a
good amount. We suggest that you start out by taking 1/4 teaspoon of MSM in
the morning and evening with or just after a meal. You may want to
experiment with larger amounts over time, but start out slowly. MSM helps
your body rid itself of stored toxins and if you proceed too quickly your
may experience unpleasant side effects such as irritability or what is known
as a liver headache. Such symptoms can indicate that your body is cleaning
out so quickly that your kidneys, liver and lymph system are being
overworked. If you find this occurring to you, reduce the amount of MSM that
you are taking for a few days until your body has processed out more of its
accumulated garbage. It will pass. Pun intended.

I found it at

http://www.pennysaved.com/

If I understand the distillation process (and I *think* I do) you don't have
to worry about heavy metals in your boiling pot. Whatever heavy metals it
puts into the water will *stay* in the boiling pot. That is how distilling
purifies water. What you *do* have to worry about is the material of the

One woman's experience with CS

1998-07-23 Thread Philip Collins
Hi, folks.

Here's a little story for the files.

I recently bought an elegant little CS maker, designed by one of our
members. I made a batch of nice amber-colored CS. Not daring to take it
internally for starters, I decided to use it externally, *thinking* that it
would be safer. I have a *terrible* case of itchy, scaly, scalp with
falling-out hair. Surely something is living there. So I decided to try
the CS on it. I saturated my head with about 1 to 2 oz. of the stuff and
sat down to read my e-mail. About 1/2 hour later I began to feel *very*
weird. Sort of cold and light-headed. Felt like the beginning of my
typical Herx reaction. Ran to the shower and washed it off, but I was into
one of my Herx reactions where I feel like I'm going to faint, dizzy, like I
can't think straight, and my heart starts flip-flopping, hesitating and then
starting up again with a thud. I have had pretty good luck using Clark's
recommendation re Herx: arginine in daytime, ornithine at night, so I took
a bunch of them and they seemed to help, but would keep wearing off, and I'd
be back in the faint feeling. I also took a bunch of MSM, thinking maybe it
would get rid of some of the silver and thus cut down the total detox. The
condition of my scalp improved dramatically. But the whole thing lasted
about two scary, unpleasant days (my typical Herx time) and taught me a few
things:

1. Never underestimate the possibility that a substance (especially CS!)
will be absorbed through the skin.

2. Start with lower doses of CS!

I would really appreciate any comments that would help me understand the
whole experience better.

Jerry,

I am fascinated by your story, both the aloe part and the CS part. So as
far as we can tell, it was the aloe alone that cleared your arteries, right?
How many glasses per day of CS + aloe are you now drinking? Mixed equal
parts? And for how long have you been taking in that much CS?

Microhydrin

1998-07-15 Thread Philip Collins
Reid, when you investigate microhydrin, go a bit slowly, OK? I have tried
the stuff. The first dose, taken on an empty stomach, gives you a very nice
rush of energy. Also, heavy doses (6 - 8 caps a day) really did get me past
what was shaping up to be a real flu (the kind with aches and fever and sore
skin) in about 24 hours. But I had to take the stuff round the clock to
keep the immune reaction going. Later, when using it to help fight off a
cold, I discovered that if I did not take it in the middle of the night, by
morning the immune boost had worn off, and the cold was back, only worse.
Also, if you are taking any other meds or supplements that can be harmful in
overdose, you ahve to be careful, because the stuff escorts any blood-borne
chemicals into your cells faster than normal. On heavy doses, with all my
other meds, I felt *really* weird. Diabetics taking insulin have gone into
insulin shock. We are all different, but bottom line for me was I didn't
trust what was happening to me with it.

Best

Whitney

Mike, your thoughts are reasonable, sound, diplomatic, productive,
constructive.

Perhaps some of the exasperation so many feel about MD's grows out of the
fact that the medical establishment has indeed achieved such important,
life-saving discoveries and treatments, that *they*and*we* somehow have
gotten the misconception that they are supposed to know everything and help
everyone every time. If *we*and*they* could remember that they are just
humans like the rest of us, doing their best and sometimes succeeding,
sometimes failing, we could drop the resentment and get on with the business
of helping people be healthy.

Yeah! I had heard long ago about low-dose antibiotic therapy, and had asked
my conservative rheumatologist, who scoffed at the idea, so I let it go.
Now that I have read H. Clark and heard about the results Bare, Tunney and
many others have had with electromedicine, it all makes more sense. I don't
think I am going to chase after antibiotics, though. I think I would rather
kill off the excess critters with electronic gizmos, and maybe a shot or two
of CS.

Thanks for the reminder. The site is now on my favorites list.

I just joined this list because I want to find out about CS and also about
Beck machines: how successful they are in fighting illness. Would you be
willing to tell me what you bought the ZBB3 for, how you have used it *other
than making CS* and how successful it has been? I would be super-grateful.

Meanwhile, if anybody else out there has a Beck machine and has the patience
to tell me their experience with Beck machines and disease, I would be
super-grateful to them too.

(If you'd like to know a bit about me, I am a 60 yr old female psychologist,
with a stubborn case of systemic candida and two heavy medical diagnoses:
lupus and crohn's disease. I don't have HIV, but some of my clients do.)

Wow, that's a lot of silver. I am new to this CS concept, so it's hard for
me to believe that kind of a ratio is safe. I'll be interested to see what
our other silverlisters have to say about it.

I also had many amalgam fillings, very old ones (I am almost 60). I just
spent about a year and an awful lot of money having them all removed and
replaced with plastic. Now I think I am going to have chelation treatments
to get the merc that is presumably stored in places like my gut and who
knows what else _out_. I am scared about chelation, and approaching it
with great caution. But I have intractible candida and intestinal
inflammation (diagnosed as Crohn's disease), and one possible reason is the
mercury.

Incidentally, I have had hair and blood mineral tests intermittently while
all this was going on. The first ones showed _super-hi_ merc in hair but
only hi in blood, which was explained to me as the body's effort to get rid
of the merc wherever it could, so that blood levels could be near normal.
Near the end of the merc removal project the hair merc was down close to
normal and blood merc was down to normal.

What made you decide you had mercury poisoning? Symptoms, diagnoses? What
are your plans about it? I'd really like to hear from you.
