Re: CS>Pina Colada

2008-03-16 Thread GMetropulo
My home grown non-alcholic pina colada includes 2 frozen bananas from my
tree, 1/2 meat of my home grown pineapple, the fresh coconut water and meat.
sometimes I add ground flax or superseed and green powder. there's nothing like
it.
Everyone down here throws out their coconuts especially around hurricane
season and I collect them.

In Florida since the Gators are the originators of Gatorade all childrens
sports teams are supplied with this high sugary dyed nutirent deprived
formula. And here we have delicious coconuts year round and no one eats them
except the islanders. It was the islander landscapers who taught me the
proper way to open them after I practically amputated my finger. Now I grow
pineapples and bananas and mke my own non alcoholic pina colodas. There's
nothing better.
