D-Mannose (available at vitamin stores/websites) can clear up 80% of urinary tract infections if they are caused by E-Coli (as most UTIs are). You can buy the powderand I think it has a little scoop? I drink about 5 ounces of Silver Puppy CS every time I eliminate some, and usually have it cured in 48 hours. I also believe in d-mannose although I’ve never used it. Hi I laid on my biomat for one hr three times a day tummy down while holding CS in mouth and reading to pass time. Three days no trouble anymore. I raised my local core temp above my inflammatory levels and that fever broke the infection. I had the biomat at 131 degrees. Only used the mini mat. Also via vaso dilation I brought more CS to my cells in that area warmed so a win win. And I flushed my lymph system and fought off inflammation. So four wins. That was five yrs ago. No come back. It's interesting you mentioned about how most UTI could stem from E Coli. I was, to my shock, a few years ago, diagnosed with E Coli -- yuck. Took supplements to clear that up (but it wasn't D-Mannose)... It's scary of how these sneaky bacteria creep up into our bodies. Yikes...
