A good command-line text editor and some knowledge of HTML is all you need to make a fine web page, Internet Exploder's bad manners notwithstanding. :) A lot of people have no idea about compatiblity, standards, or the fact that email and browser software on an out-of-the-box windows install respects neither. That's how microsoft manages to establish defacto standards that fly in the face of actual standards. A dirty trick to keep people dependent upon their brand of software. Now that more people are using mozilla products for mail and browsing, it's throwing a wrench in microsoft's plans.
