Hi Brickey,

Sorry your Walgreens Humidifier stopped and that opening  rinsing with
water failed to clear it--please remove the wick and wet it and reverse and
replace it  try it again. That worked for me. Also, you I hope new
replacement wicks were in your box at purchase--that someday you should wet
and use; however, my experience is that a wick when properly wetted 
inserted will last a long time. Are you using my CS/H2O2/MSM/DMSO solution
for the mist?

Mist solution is what you said + Xylitol, GSE.  I brushed wick and reversed 
wick  last night, still just barely misted.  Lunchtime today while watching TV 
turned it on and tons of mist like when it was new, or even more.  Something 
must have gotten wet that shouldn't have.

If you get water on top of the plate that makes the mist then it will quit till 
it is dry.
