Also undenatured whey as it contains the precursors to glutathione and loads of other goodies! I personally don't like taking separate minerals because of causing imbalance, so prefer to take chlorella or kelp because it contains ALL the minerals and most vits you need, in the right amounts and right forms. Plus Vit C and in my opinion one of the most important of all in cold climates: Vit D3. dee On 13 Jan 2010, at 02:59, Paul Bond wrote: Not as thorough as Johns impressive protocol, but an easy way to resolve a huge number of modern life nutritional issues can be dealt with the following (in no particular order): Kelp Moringa Virgin Coconut Oil Vit C and Magnesium A book could easily be written on the above, but between them they cover most of the bases, and you can fine tune from there if there’s a need. I've actually injected myself with technical grade products (specifically IGF-LR3) without issue, and it was never a concern in my mind. If you're thinking of transdermal use of MgCl/MgCl6H2O then it's even less of an issue as the skin does a fine job of being a pre-filter before the immune system gets called into action. If you're looking for something like Magnesium salt flakes that might be used for a soak in the bath, then they're most likely commercial grade. Paul Thank you Steve:) I've been looking for Magnesium Chloride so I can make it up by the half gallon or gallon, and all the 'grade' terminology is a little confusing. I know pharmaceutical grade and food grade are ok for consumption, and I figured lab grade would have to be mostly pure, but I wasn't sure that technical grade wasn't just another name for lab grade, and what do they use technical grade for anyway? I just don't want to use the wrong thing. :/ Annie

Not as thorough as Johns impressive protocol, but an easy way to resolve a huge number of modern life nutritional issues can be dealt with the following (in no particular order): Kelp Moringa Virgin Coconut Oil Vit C and Magnesium A book could easily be written on the above, but between them they cover most of the bases, and you can fine tune from there if there's a need. Regards Paul John I admire your attention to health. And I'm wondering two thing.. how much must it cost to take all these supplements and if we dont have those kind of funds, where can we obtain this naturally. Could it be by growing a forest garden? I'm serious here... when I had money I'd buy all this stuff.. and start a regime.. but to be naturally healthy these days it appears one has to also have a lot of 'money-energy'. No griping here, I chose a life of simplicity to divest myself.. but wellness is paramount. Can anyone share how we can get these nutrients more naturally.. for example, berries from a bush and food that is readily available locally? That would be a challenge... and thanks to you all for your astounding knowledge sharing.. with love sunny
