RE: CS>Bells Palsy
That is wonderful news David! I am so happy for you. Thanks so much for the feedback. This is what makes it all worth while. As to why / how I can find the time to do what I do -- I was sick for five years, really sick from mold fume poisoning. I went to all the specialists in Dallas and Seattle. NONE of them had a clue, I found it in the medical literature and eventually figured out the sources in three different houses, all had mold in hidden places in large amounts. It really changed me, I was at the point of thinking I would never be well, or my family, it almost drove us insane and to the brink of financial ruin. Helping others, after doing an intense learning curve on top of my already alternative orientation, is healing me, simple. The paradigm of the wounded healer is applicable here. May I forward this to the DMSO list? http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Garnet On Thu, 2004-11-11 at 07:46, David wrote: > Garnet, > > I just wanted to let you know that after a couple > weeks of taking what the doc gave me and going to the > chiropractor who said he could help me with my bells > palsy and everything staying the same, I finally found > a local source of DMSO and I mixed 1 part DMSO with 2 > parts CS and applied it to my face twice a day. Garnet, I just wanted to let you know that after a couple weeks of taking what the doc gave me and going to the chiropractor who said he could help me with my bells palsy and everything staying the same, I finally found a local source of DMSO and I mixed 1 part DMSO with 2 parts CS and applied it to my face twice a day. By the second day the symptoms started going away! I am almost completely back to normal. I wish I would of used it earlier. The smell of the stuff really gags me but you do what you have to do. Thanks Dave, I was never afforded the steroid treatment. By the time it was discovered that steroids would help it was too late. You only have 72 hours to initiate that treatment. My father, who was a Physician and Surgeon, just looked at me and said..Well hon.if it hasn't gone away after three months...you will have it for life. The Military docs told me the same thing. I don't give up, but I do accept the reality. B12 sublingual can be mixed with DMSO and applied topically once a month for 4-5 days to tank up your liver stores. I do this every month and it makes a huge difference in my energy level. My health has been better than it has been in 15 years, mostly due to using CS daily for the past year but the B12 energy boost is definitely noticeable. Re: CS>Bells Palsy
I was bent over with horrendous stomach cramps and at first they thought it was food poisoning but that didn't prove out. It was a hot summer day and my teeth were chattering so bad I thought I might break them. The symptoms lasted a week then the rash appeared and they had no idea what that was either as it didn't itch. Our good doctors over here would have called it exema and given some salve to ease the itching even if there wasn't any. (that's what happened on the last rash incident before the tests came back) Lyme disease is a very tenacious disease and it manifests itself in a multitude of symptoms that mimic many different diseases. If you keep it long enough it goes neurological and effects your ability to express yourself and in my case made me dumber than a stump. I kicked it a few years ago and am improving very slowly but I still have a hard time holding my own in a one on one conversation. Dave Jonathan B. Re: CS>Bells Palsy
Hi David, You could tweak your toes, usually on the opposite side to the affliction. concentrate your work on the tips and the balls of the toes, quite hard; enough to get you to say 'ouch' The work is not so much a rub as it is a press in and roll slightly. But also work the neck of each toe and and the top and side of each toe too. This should cause re-establishment of nerve pathways in your head and face. Also you can tweak the fingers in the same manner as above. The really sore spots are what need the most work :) Usually these are tiny pinprick areas. I know the scary feeling very well. I have had it twice. The first time the doctor told me they didn't know what caused it but it would go away in two weeks by it's self, and it did without treatment. All I had to do was operate my eyelid manually until the eye would close again. After a lot of research on lyme disease ( that I suffered with for 42 years) I found that bells palsy is an indicator of Lyme disease. The strange thing was after I killed the Lyme off with CS I got it a second time. Neither time was it treated and It went away by It's self in two weeks. By the second time I was taking CS as a matter of course at about 8 Ozs. pr day and that didn't prevent it or shorten the time frame. Good Luck. The production of C Platinum is discussed on the C Gold list. Both use a High Voltage process. I have been planning on setting up a generator so keep myself supplied with CG, as it is pricey to buy. It looks pretty simple and while precautions need to be taken to turn off the power supply when adjusting electrodes (has to be done periodically during processing), most people can manage it quite well with the correct information. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cg_exchange Garnet On Mon, 2004-10-18 at 09:23, Marshall Dudley wrote: > Can that be produced the same way as colloidal silver electrolytically? > > Marshall > > Frank Key wrote: > > > David wrote: > > > > > Has anyone in this group experienced Bells > > > Palsy or know the best way to treat it in a holistic > > > manner? > > > > The recovery time can be dramatically reduced by taking colloidal platinum. > > Dosage using 10 ppm platinum: One tablespoon 3-4 times a day on an empty > > stomach should do it. > > > > Frank Key > > > > -- > > The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. > > > > Instructions for unsubscribing are posted at: http://silverlist.org > > > > To post, address your message to: silver-list@eskimo.com > > Silver List archive: http://escribe.com/health/thesilverlist/index.html > > > > Address Off-Topic messages to: silver-off-topic-l...@eskimo.com > > OT Archive: http://escribe.com/health/silverofftopiclist/index.html > > > > List maintainer: Mike Devour > >

RE: CS>Bells Palsy
DMSO is a very good antinflammatory. Used orally or topically. I agree with the idea of compressing the area with DMSO CS, even adding some MSM. And would also do all three orally. I had Bell's Palsy when I was pregnant. Same symptoms, went to the ER and the doc met me there. She said it was due to the baby pressing on major nerves. It came and went for a few weeks. No virus involved, but I can see how a virus could cause pressure on the nerve and interfere with nerve function, effectively blocking the signal. I have had herpes on my mouth that made my whole face start throbbing up to my eyes. This was before I had started using CS. I took five 250 mg Olive Leaf capsules every hour for a coupel doses, then two hours for the rest of the day -- and anti-viral herbs like Lomatium and Hypericum (St John's Wort) to bring it and the nasty flu I had under control. I was feeling quite delerious and knew it was a bad flu bug that had super activated my herpes. I had it under control within a few hours. Sometimes you have to go with high doses and use what every antivirals are available. Glucagon is also useful as well as Colostrum. Donna at www.excellentthings.com has a fav brand of Transfer Factor, derived from Colostrum. RE: CS>Bells Palsy
Hi David, If it were me I would be taking anti-inflammatories. Steroids are a last resort in my book. If this is caused by a viral or bacterial infection you need your immune system to work at it's best. Steroids suppress the immune system.. I am not suggesting that this is your case, but one of the things said to cause bells palsy is HIV and AIDS. Imagine what would happen if you give an immune suppressant to someone with an already compromised immune system. Take a look at this link below. http://www.neurologychannel.com/bellspalsy/ http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/23068866/ I am not a doc, it is just my opinion and I am not telling you to stop any meds the doc has given you. I would keep taking whatever he has given you and go back and express the concern for the steroids. The use of steroids in Bells Palsy is said to aid the fullest recovery from the attack, but even then, it is still controversial. The other meds are possibly anti-virals. All the best and I hope you get better soon, Dave. -Original Message- From: David [mailto:davidgrave...@sbcglobal.net] Sent: 18 October 2004 03:36 To: silver-list@eskimo.com Subject: CS>Bells Palsy I had scary thing happen to me today... the left side of my face stopped working... I can't blink my eye, the left side of my mouth kind of droops, and if I drink something I better keep it on the right side of my mouth or it is dribbled down my shirt. Anyway I thought I was having a stroke so I went to the emergency room and they did a cat scan and all the other things I have never had before and they tell me I have bells palsy. The good news is it that for most people it goes away within a couple months or so. They don't really know what causes it but some papers they gave me says that they think it might be caused by a virus. Has anyone in this group experienced Bells Palsy or know the best way to treat it in a holistic manner? They gave me steroids and and some other poison I really don't want to take. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! David -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. Dosage using 10 ppm platinum: One tablespoon 3-4 times a day on an empty stomach should do it. Frank Key -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. Re: CS>Bells Palsy
Thanks Dan, Whats strange is I have been doing more then my usual CS because I came down with a cold on monday. My normal dose of CS is 16 oz a day so I was very suprised I got a cold at all! The cold was pretty much gone by Wed ( I was also using my clark zapper) then this happened today. I will go and see if I can find some DMSO tomorrow. After reading all of Garnet's posts about DMSO I was thinking that was a good idea. Thanks again for your advice!
