RE: CSAmerican Biotech Labs review (ASAP 10 Silver Solution)

2012-12-27 Thread Bob Banever
I have used American Biotech Labs Ag404 and it always has a bitter taste to
it. Not offensively bitter but it is always there. Seemed to work well for
me. Cured me of a good poisoning in a few hours. Good luck.

TDS only measures ionic silver. The ASAP product is mostly metallic silver
in colloidal form. So very low conductivity. You would need a different (and
more expensive) analytical method to determine the total Ag in the ASAP.

It was probably 10ppm coming out of the brewing process and after
stabilization settled in at the common 3ppm. Still works at 3ppm! Seems kind
of like deceptive labeling though, eh?

Hello List,

I recently bought two bottles of Ag4O4 colloidal silver from American
Biotech Labs review (ASAP 10PPM Silver Solution) and I wanted to share my
experience and get an opinion.

I noticed that there was no taste of this, it was like tasting regular
water... SO i went and took my TDS meter and it measured 3ppm only!!

Could anybody tell me if this is some kind of mistake... ? Or has anybody
before seen such measure?

Alex

PPM meters are designed for salt water, not silver water.
A 3 PPM reading in silver water is approximately 6 PPM

A better option is an electrical conductivity meter.
Hanna PWT [Pure Water Tester]
HM Digital Com-100 or EC-3
non brand EC meters off ebay seem to be OK

Even name brand TDS/PPM meters range from decent to sucks out loud.
With an error spec of +/- 2 % over a range of 2000 PPM, then unwind the
math from salt water to silver water where a 3 is an approximate 6.and
they ALL use conductivity to get the numbers ??

  Silver has no flavor.
Particles don't register on a meter.
What you taste in home made EIS are the OH[-] anions in the water [aka
Alkaline Water ] which are produced in a 1 to 1 ratio with the Silver
Ag[+] ions.

RE: CSAmerican Biotech Labs review (ASAP 10 Silver Solution)

2012-12-24 Thread Neville Munn

They are ALL deceptive {opinion}.
Since I had several samples of my home made stuff lab analysed a few years ago
I now understand much better, they all waffle on about crap {opinion}.
Labelling doesn't tell you anything as far as I'm concerned. If any of those
marketers were honest they would include TOTAL silver content and the RATIO of
ions to particles. Everyone uses meters to get a basic idea they have
*something* in the water besides water. TDS meter reading doubled for
approximate value and an EC meter for a more accurate approximation.
Any commercial seller of any substance would not be quoting ppm on the label of
their product, or the product they promote, the quoting of ppm on a label is
purely to suck people in to purchasing that product {opinion}.
Anyone who has the desire to get involved with this stuff should purchase or
make their own machines and do some research on the subject of EIS, and then if
they have the opportunity of getting some of their stuff lab analysed they
would be far better informed of what they manufacture in the kitchen, at least
they then *know* what they have got.
