[RCSE] Need a good contest glider for next season, but don't have time to build?
Well, now that my hanger has thinned out and my buying days are limited (due to the Boss!), I still need to get my building FIX! I'm offering my building services for the next season, if you have a bird just sitting around and you don't have the time to build them, let me know what you have and I'll put them together RIGHT!!! The will be contest strong and will be balanced for those awesome ping launches!! I have experience building just about everything out there, as you might know. Yes, it's building season and I just need some projects. If you have a Futaba Tx, I'll even program the plane for you. Let me know what you have and we can talk prices, you'll get what you pay for with this builder... just ask people on the exchange that have purchased some of my gliders! [RCSE] Lime Green V-tail at Visalia???
Hello, While spectating at Visalia, I saw a very nice bright green V-tail ship that launched to the moon and came down from altitude very fast and very quietly. Does anyone know what this plane was or who was flying it? I kept meaning to track down the plane and pilot, but put it off until it was too late. [RCSE] what foam density?
Hi, I want to build some foam wings sheeted with 1/16 balsa ( I decided to not try FG sheeting because it seems to be so complex) I can get foam with three different densities: 10 kg /m3, 17 kg / m3 and 25 kg / m3 the wingspan will be 2 meters and the wings will be built on 6 pieces to get the shape of a real bird wings what would be the best density to use? thanks and have a nice day Oscar Taboada Mexico RCSE-List facilities provided by Model Airplane News. [RCSE] F3J Oct 19th
Contest F3J in Maine. Before the snow flies in the North the Downeast Soaring Club is sponsoring a F3J contest in Minot Maine. This is very laid back and a fun contest. Registration is at 9:00 am and the pilot meeting will be at 10:00. Bring your HLGs and electric's as there is always flying before and after. Even if you have never tried F3J please come and enjoy the fun. We can always use the Towers. Equipment is provided. There will be a winch for fun flying. The CD is Rick Hallet.
