[RCSE] For Sale: Fred Sage Addiction and custom wooden carrying case

2007-11-18 Thread Curt Thompson
I have a Fred Sage Addiction thermal duration sailplane that I haven't
flown in several years. It has never been crashed or broken. It has never
been winch launched hard. It has a few minor cosmetic transportation
scratches. It has probably only been flown a dozen times. It's
ready-to-fly if you have an Airtronics transmitter. Here are the specs:

Wingspan - 118 inches (3 meters)

Radio included - Hitec Super Slim (JR/Airtronics) on ch #13

Six servos included.

Aileron - 2ea HS-85MG (metal gear)

Flaps - 2ea, HS-225 MG

Elevator - HS-85MG

Rudder - HS-85MG

Here are some pictures:

http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee150/charlievictor102/100_2193.jpg

I'm asking $550 plus shipping for the Addiction and its electronics.

---

I would really like the homemade case that I use to store and transport the
Addiction to go with it. But if you don't want the case I will sell it
separately. I think I spent a lot more time building the case than I did
putting the Addiction together. Here is the case:

http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee150/charlievictor102/100_2196.jpg

It's made of marine plywood with finger-jointed edges. It is piano hinged
with latches and corner protectors. Its inside dimensions are
58Lx13Wx5H. It has a nice polyurethane finish.

I'm asking $300 plus shipping for the case.

[RCSE] Easy 2 hour air today, but just needed a 30 for Canadian Silver

2007-11-18 Thread GordySoar
Hi guys,

It was a really special kind of day to day at the field here in Louisville.
I've completed CSS Bronze level and now am working on Silver. A lot tougher
piloting at this level, 6 30min thermal flights or you can mix in some 60
minute slope flights. I took a 60min slope flight for my first, during my 8
hour attempt...only getting 5 hours of slermal flying.

I asked if I could take 5 60min slope credits for that flight, but the CSS
master is a stickler, sending me a fairly bold font..NO!

Could have put all of them up todayexcept for 'she who must be obeyed'
clipped my wings early today.

So 4 of some mix a head yet :-)

You?
Gordy

[RCSE] 72 inch Klingberg Wing kit NIB

2007-11-18 Thread Charly Whitaker

Hello,
I am selling a NIB Klingberg 72 inch Wing kit. The box is nearly perfect
with a few scuffs and tape on it. The contents are still factory sealed.
Everything is there. I am asking $80.00 plus shipping. I prefer to ship
through the USPS using their priority parcel post with a delivery
confirmation and fully insured for what you paid for it. This will run
approx. $15.00. I accept Paypal, or I will hold the kit pending a postal
money order.

Thanks
Charly
