This is a question for Lord of the Calamari... I do know the Romanian girls have a slight smell of diesel fuel but Mr Perkins could shed a bit more light on this subject... ³The Transmitter impound girl² Was she a National Geographic dib? What say you DP???

Hi Phil, Good luck on the watch. Daryl still desperately needs your incomparable help as witness the standings at F3J in the Rockies. [RCSE] Gordy's Done with His CSS Silver...You?
Hi guys, Finished off the 6th 30min flight today with my brand new used bright Red Sharon...powered by Volz, controlled with JR's DSM 2.4 accuracy. First flight of the model I managed 20mins where it was totally skied, but a huge sink came behind that lift and so ended up short, just picked it up this weekend in Chicago, was Don Smith's plane. Gorgeous and interestingly enough, the same colors as the my new High End! So matching HKM planes. 3 rd launch put it up again and at about 20 again, the air went still every where...but there was buoyancy to work, so just kept it moving in huge flat circles. Brought it in for a landing with the nose in my hat! Got to love a Sharon ;-) The air in Louisville was HOT...and muggy, but thermals were moving through at a leisurely pace...so everyone had a good day. Our little Lee spent his time tossing his DLG with Ben and Bruce. Likely it will be a year or two before I complete Gold Levelkind of loaded with drudge tasks...but we'll see.:) Gordy **Get trade secrets for amazing burgers. Bozo - Thanks for putting the whammy on Daryl for us. Sounds like you need a watch - is that because you are gonna come to the Nats and play with us? I'll let you borrow my watch if Daryl doesn't get yours back to you. I predict that when the battery runs down he'll return it for a while so you can put a new battery in it for him, then he'll borrow it again. [RCSE] Re: Moldie wanted
I have a 3.35 meter Tsunami F3J in very good shape. This is a Canadian team plane, digital 5125's for ailerons, 125's for flaps and 85mg's for the tail. Fuse has been repaired good as new - looks good, but not new. Hence the price: Price $900. This proposal is good only 'till Sunday PM. Pictures on request. -- spaulj spaulj's Profile: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/member.php?u=3365 View this thread: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=870842 RCSE-List facilities provided by Model Airplane News. [RCSE] A pilot contemplates an off-field landing
I sniffed Some pretty good lift And my climb rate was swift But then it cast me adrift With a long way to go on the clock, That was a nasty shock, And now I'm looking for better air, It has to be around here somewhere, This isn't fair. So I turned and went way over there But was it better? Au contraire. And at this point I think I'm in deep sink And this flight is gonna stink, Better get out of here My thumb is trembling with fear I'm way the hell downwind And my time is a long way from the end This air is definitely not my friend, I don't have enough altitude to spend. Better put it in reflex and head back, Is this the right track? Should I go straight, or tack? I'm getting lower and lower And my progress keeps getting slower And there are trees between the plane and the spot And I'm wondering what Chances I've got. Not many if I keep losing altitude, I'm in a desperate mood, Dude -- In fact, I'm screwed.
