[RCSE] Re: Timers in JR9303
This is exactly what I do, but once you exit the program mode, the two timers can be started (eg, from different switches) or stopped. You can however not reset the timers like it is the case when you only activated one timer at a time. If you activate only one timer a clear button will apear on the screen on the left lower side. [RCSE] Timers in JR9303
I have the sailplane version and is very impressed with the functions and easy of programming. One item I could not get right is the timers setup for two timers. The programming allow you to setup two programmable timers . If you select to use both timers (eg. one for motor run time and the other for duration time) then you do not get a timer reset function. With one timer activated at a time the reset is done on the screen with left lower button. Anyone else who can give some advice would be appreciated. [RCSE] Re: Handicapping for contests
Here in South Africa some clubs have a handicapped league which works like follows: Open fly 10 min. max and get bonus for landing in 3m circle RES type fly 8 min Max and 5m circle 2m fly 6 min Max and 5m circle. All the scores is then normalised to a 1000 points. It works well and is a lot of fun and many more pilots have joined the competition over the past 2 years and have improved their flying skills. [RCSE] JR9303 on 35Mhz
Would appreciate if someone can point me to a JR dealer in Europe or other countries where 35Mhz is used. I am interested in the 9303 but it is not available locally in South Africa.
