[RCSE] CASL club contest this weekend???
Hey Guys, Just wondering about the CASL club contest thats going on this Sunday, the 11th. How many people do you expect and about what time do things start. Also where exactly is it? Just wondering if it's worth making the drive down from Precott. I'm gona try to make it because I havent really flown at all in the last few months and I want to get out. [RCSE] Shred Air
Hi all, I dont post on here much but felt like I should pass on a good story. I ordered a Stratos from Shred Air late last year. I was put on a list and told it wouldn't be in till March. I didnt mind the wait, but someone else dropped off this months shipment so I got the *option* to get his. Because I wasnt expecting it till march, i didnt have my money together yet. But Dieter offered to hold it, considering he could probably sell it to someone else almost right away this was unexpected. He held it for a few weeks, way longer then I orginaly asked, and never rushed or pressured me. Finally got a check going his way this monday, emailed him just to let him know. To my surprise the plane got here today, very cool. Overall very good and honest business(he even dropped my shipping price cause his shipping costs went down, rather then just keeping the difference). just some info i thought i'd pass on if anyone is considering buying something that he carries. [RCSE] JR Question
Does anyone know what those little dots on a jr crystal mean? [RCSE] R/C on T.V.
I had just finished reading the posts about R/C on T.V. and I was fliping channels. On PBS I watched a little electric ARF T-38 or whatever those things are fly by. I watched for a while and discovered a full R/C program about cars, boats, planes, and helis. It seemed to be aimed at none R/C people because it was talking about how to get into different things and how to contact clubs. After the program it said it was sponcered by Tower Hobbies and AMA.
