[RCSE] Coroplast storage boxes
Mark, Could I get a plan sheet? Dan I made these storage boxes a few years back and they are still like new and work great for storaging and transporting to and from flying. The Windsong box (red) took one whole sheet of coroplast to make, but there is a lot of room for the plane and wingrods. The Camano box (blue) took a little less to make but along the same plans just scaled it down to fit. The coroplast only cost about $8 for a 4 x 8 foot sheet. I found it at a local sign making shop. If anyone would like a copy of the plan sheet and some pic's please let me know. Mark RCSE-List facilities provided by Model Airplane News. Cyno is good for gluing coroplast together - Original Message - From: Mark Wales [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: soaring@airage.com Sent: Tuesday, April 12, 2005 3:51 AM Subject: [RCSE] Coroplast Storage Boxes I drew the box design out on a 4x8 sheet of coroplast. I cut the solid lines all the way through with a razor. I cut the dotted lines through the first layer on the inside of the bend to make them easier to bend. When all the cutting was done I found some sho-goo at wally world to hold it all together. Used stick on velco to hold the lid closed. Mark Soaring Is Life!!
