RE: [RCSE] "Skip Miller Injured"
OK – US Team had a better day yesterday… I hope to find time for a report later. Skip was not injured – it was Joe’s right hand. His hand was hit by the line because he is now using the right hand to align the line while he is pulling back with the left. No major damage and he is fine today. He thinks the line broke because it had been nicked by his jacket previously. The loss of time was a hurt for Skip and the team. We have a lot to make up after 2 chute failures and a line break… Jim Jim Monaco US F3J Team Manager 2006 From: James V. Re: [RCSE] "Skip Miller Injured"
Title: Re: [RCSE] "Skip Miller Injured" It looks pretty tight after 6 rounds. If JW can make it into the fly off I like his chances. All scores in the preliminary rounds are thrown out. BTW, to get to Martin, go north from Zvolen. If you hit Cadca you’ve gone to far. Near Rajec and Zilina. Reminds me of when I was driving around Eastern Europe. You think reading signs is tough around the States, try some of these places that are anti-vowel. “Make a left at Zdroj” JE -- Erickson Architects John R. Erickson, AIA Glad it wasn't JW's ankle, we need him in A-1 shape for the finals! Sorry no photos. Gordy
Re: [RCSE] "Skip Miller Injured"
Coincidentally I hurt my ankle today when I was getting out of the pickup in Morgantown WV to get a Pecan Cluster Blizzard at DQ. The ironic part was when I got in the store, they were out of pecans. After finishing my pecan-less blizzard my ankle felt better so I got back in the pickup and continued on toward the private golf course. Its in the WV mountains, there's actually a waterfall behind one hole. No carts allowed and no homes with in a mile of any fairway. Its being built for a guy who has gravel quarries. Fortunately I didn't have to walk much, you know considering my ankle. Another sort of interesting thing was that it was my right ankle and I always step out of my truck with my right footgo figure. Glad it wasn't JW's ankle, we need him in A-1 shape for the finals! Sorry no photos. Gordy Baltimore tonite

Re: [RCSE] Skip miLLer Models and favors
I have a few pics on my site under ''Whats New'' of the Victor. I thought the quality was pretty darn good, as was the price, Skip said $1250. Talked to a guy thats flown it a little and he said it really moves and turns on a dime. Said it was comparable to the f3b Crossfire in performance, but doesn't have that much time on it yet.
