Oh, the non-foamy was the Ion, or maybe Ionosphere.  It had a kevlar pod
with access only from the wing area.

You probably were thinking of the Goblin.  I sold mine a while back to
Jim Deck for a whopping $25 bucks.  I just found the manual for it the
other day.  First class documentation.  Anybody need it?

It may not be Los Banosbut the "Urban Slope" at Gasworks Park in Seattle
is great for these small HLG's
