Have you considered just going to a larger unlimited class full house
ship? I know it seems like there is a logical progression from 1.5m span
to 2m span, but... Not much difference in cost, a larger model will be
easier to fly and easier to see, and you will have a lot more model options
to choose from.
If you have to have one from your list it would be the Organic.

I've been flying HLG/DLG (~11oz AUW, 4oz/ft2 wing loading) for some time and
I'm considering upgrade to a 2m floater with 6-servo full house capability.
I'm not sure what AUW or wing loading should be for a 2m floater that feel
like (in terms of thermal capability) a HLG/DLG while maintain a reasonable
penetration capability (possible light wind slope soaring).
Following is some of the choices available on the market with fully- or
partially-molded, winch-launchable 2m floaters.
Renny 20 oz 5.9 oz/ft2
Organic 30 oz 7.4 oz/ft2
Enigma 32 oz 8.0 oz/ft2
Mini Graphite 37 oz 8.3 oz/ft2
Start lite pro 34 oz 9.0 oz/ft2
Any recommendation for the right wing loading. Or there are some other
choices available on the market that can meet my needs.
Thanks,
