[speedtouch] Re: CRC error in an AAL5 frame
I had these CRC errors too on a GA-7VAXP mother board that uses the VIA chipset. I got myself a USB/PCI card with a OPTi chipset. [speedtouch] Re: CRC error in an AAL5 frame
Frans, That fixed it. 50Kbps+! Thanks a lot! It is even faster than the cable I had previously, and that one was supposed to be 640 while ADSL is 512... Changing ISP sure helped... :) --- Jose Bernardo B R Silva | Source Mage GNU/Linux Developer [EMAIL PROTECTED] | http://www.sourcemage.org http://counter.li.org #245602 [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Original Message --- From: "Frans J King" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Sun, 23 Feb 2003 15:48:28 -0000 Subject: [speedtouch] Re: CRC error in an AAL5 frame > Try using mgmt.o downloaded from the Alcatel website instead of the > windows file. Try using mgmt.o downloaded from the Alcatel website instead of the windows file. This caused loads of CRC errors for me. Those crc errors are due to a bad quality adsl line or a buggy atm net relay...
