It includes a recasting of all the useful Struts tags with EL handling that is compatible with JSTL. The expression syntax supported by JSTL (now) and JSP 2.0 (when it's done) is much more powerful and concise than what it takes to accomplish the same thing with the existing Struts logic tags, or with the proposed ones you show.
