Make sure that block images from remote sources is not checked.
Reset your DNS device (router, etc) and then try.
Turn off AV and fire wall and try.
The list is long with lots of things to try.

I see block images under email, but is it under the browser prefs too?
So far nothing has worked.

That's probably "Image Acceptance Policy" (preferences window, "Privacy
& Security" -> "Images"), which can be set to block third-party/remote
images.

Images from specific sources could also be blocked:

There might be a better way to do this, but check the "Page Info" for
the problematic page (ctrl+I or context menu->"View Page Info"). The
"Media" tab has a list of items in the page, see if the missing images
are there and if the "block images from [hostname]..." checkbox is
checked.

That solved it! Finally. Under the Media tab I had the box
checked to block images from Google.com. No idea why, but that fixed it.
It now works on a 2nd site too. Thanks a lot!

So, you are using the browser, go to mail2web, enter an email address

Have you tried using the correct user agent for your browser which isn't

I believed you have just proved that SeaMonkey is *NOT* the culprit.
That is supported by others using both Windows and Linux on a variety of
hardware do not see the problem.

We just have to determine what is the relevant difference between your
two systems.

For each system:
What is make and model of the hardware?
   What processor does each use?
What is EXACT OS used on each?
How does each connect to the internet?

That last item might be the key if you connect through different services.

I just got some interesting comments from the developer of FBP:

"It seems Seamonkey is claiming to be compatible with FF49, but it
doesn't actually have a crucial feature of that browser which is "Web

Extensions" support. The version of FBP that you are downloading is the
WX version which uses the Web Extensions API.

To get the non-Web Extensions API version of the extension, you would
need to change your browser's user agent to anything between Firefox 19
and Firefox 48, then go to the install page on FBPURITY.COM and you
should be able to download a compatible version of the FBP extension. I
don't have time to work on this right now, but I might alter the install
page to provide the non-WX version of the extension for Seamonkey, if it
is detected."
