When I upgraded to 2.3.3, I certainly didn't have Chatzilla available.

I was considering downloading a full SM 2.3.3 to get my Chatzilla, but,
last night, I booted up SM on Win7 to let any updates apply, and I had
Chatzilla available. Tonight, I again booted into Linux SM and, lo and

Will it still be available tomorrow, I wonder!!

Anybody got any suggestions??

And, tonight, I have no Chatzilla icon on Linux, again!!

Ok, so when you say, "icon is gone" where do you use/see it normally. Is
the icon the ONLY thing different/gone, etc.

Sorry, Justin, am I using the wrong term for the five symbols in the
bottom left of the SM screen (Browser, Mail/News, Composer, Addressbook
and the errant Chatzilla)

All five still showing since I cleared the Error Console a couple of
days back. Next time the Chatzilla Symbol disappears, I'll check the
last few messages in that screen.

In re-reading my above response, I realised that the various components
are also available from the Window drop down menu and there are the
Ctrl-n keyboard commands as well. I'll have to remember to give them a
try if I lose the "icon" again.

Just on spec, I went into the Error Console and cleared everything,
closed SM, re-opened SM and now I've got Chatzilla back.

Error Console now just shows:-

Warning: Warning: Ignoring obsolete chrome registration modifier
'xpcnativewrappers=no'.
Source File:
/mnt/windows/Internet/Profile/extensions/inspec...@mozilla.org/chrome.manifest

Line: 17

I'll keep a check on this!

Use Xchat (or Ychat if you are on windows) and you will have a beautiful
IRC free Client.

For some reason ChatZilla is installed as an extension in my SM 2.3.3,
but it hasn't displayed the problem you describe.

Is it in your extensions? Enabled?

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/chatzilla/

I'm still waiting for about:addons to display anything, just the
"Loading" icon...I'll get back to you!!

Interesting, when it did fill out, I clicked on the "Browse all Add-ons"
link and in the list that displayed, Chatzilla wasn't listed!!

(Chatzilla still available today!)
