Sure it is. With the mail toolbar showing and the message to be
forwarded selected, hold down the SHIFT key and click the "Forward"
button. You get an HTML composition window with the original message as
an attachment.

Of course, the original message is not available for editing as it would
be if you forwarded inline, but that's the price you pay for having
formatting available in your own message.

Can one control the appearance: Fonts& font-size used to display
and compose email messages? If so, please point me to the documentation
on how to accomplish it. (I've never been able to do this in SM nor
in Netscape previous to that). I'd like to be able to it on the fly
in real time, so to say.
When I receive HTML messages they appear to display in a much more
readable font.
I've played with the 'fonts' option under appearance in Preferences.
But that seems to have no effect.

If a particular message is too small, use CTRL-+ (CTRL-plus) to increase
the font size, CTRL-- (CTRL-minus) to reduce it, CTRL-0 to return to the
default size.

I don't know how to set the default, though -- others will answer that.

Thanks. I know about CTRL-+ and CTRL--. But there were no replies to any
of my other questions. So I'm trying again.

First in preferences you need to select HTML for message composition.
That gets you Format on the top line - to select font, size, color
and style.

Hmmm. Are you suggesting, that at least for message composition,
I switch to HTML for ease in composing, and then to send the message,
I convert it to 'send in text only'?
Perhaps it might work. But that's a lot of fooling around and option
changing. Thanks for the idea. I might try it out. But I doubt if its
very practical.

My frustration is when I select to Forward a message, Format is not

may want to add.

Press F1, then search for fonts. If you don't find what you are looking
for there, try the Using Mail section on Creating HTML Mail Messages.

Last you could try selecting View from the menu, then Message Body As,
and try each choice to see if one of those are to your liking.
