disable or remove the extension that no longer works.
There are NO Extensions in that menu !

What menu?
When you open Tools > Add-ons Manager there should be four items listed
on the left.
Get Add-ons
Extensions
Appearance
Plugins
They were instructing you to open Tools > Add-ons Manager and select
Extensions, or Tools > Add-ons Manager > Extensions in tech shorthand.

If there are no extensions listed at all, you do not have any. If you
have any plugins, there should be a category that says "Plugins" and you
could check that as well.

Doctor Bill, if there is nothing suspicious in the Tools -> Add-ons
Manager -> Extensions screen, if you go, instead, to the Tools ->
Add-ons Manager -> Plug-ins screen is there anything suspicious showing
there??

I see you solved the problem using Paul's suggestion.
Now if you want to remove the extension, use Tools > Add-ons Manager
from the Menu bar, select Extensions, find and remove it.
This "Thing" is in my Bookmarks Toolbar labeled "AutoPlay Toggle (On)"
or (off).
It shows (ON) or (OFF) when I toggle using Paul's Suggestion.
BUT - the addons Manager says I don't have any extensions !
Could it be a Plugin ? Is it part of SeaMonkey ? I am lost ! WHAT
is it ?
It used to "Toggle" by clicking on it - now doesn't toggle.
Help !

When I want to view video on a web page or at youtube I simply click on the video's play button. This setting stops videos from autoplaying and lets the user decide if they want to view a video by clicking the play button. If this is the function of the plugin you are using, this function is already built into SeaMonkey by going to about:config HEY ! GREAT ! Thanks ! It was set to False ! I changed it to True and now I can play videos ! YouTube etc. It used to toggle on my menu bar, but it won't toggle there anymore. Why would it suddenly stop toggling ? Thanks again ! The extension I use to toggle autoplay is Autoplay Toggle (Non-Restartless).
