Na, it was the 5 Amiga/Commodore computers that were sold. As I
have said at my advanced stage of decay I have problems typing after a
washing of the hands. Just can't seem to do anything with them.
Hopefully no more errors, occur. This person will no longer be

responsible for any silly typing errors, effective this date! (grin)

I remember $200 for a 200 meg HD for my Amgia!

I can remember going to a computer show in Melbourne in about 1995 or 6
where there was a 1GByte HD on display.complete with it's two
(supposedly) armed security guards!!

Hi Keith

Had to ready your reply twice before I caught it, can't wash my hands
before typing as I can't do much with the fingers when I do (LOL) I had
5 of them and lucked out and sold them just before the bottom

dropped out of the market for them.

SM 1.1.17 wasn't like that.

On the other hand, I have just moved to Mac OS 10.6.1, so I don't
know if there might be some minor incompatability thing going on.I
suppose in time that will be addressed...

As a slight (but related?) aside Firefox 3.5.2 is displaying web site

Hi Keith

Thanks for the feedback, I will assume that the minor problem
will be rectified in future versions. BTW I am running Vista on
my machine so it is doing it on 2 different OS. I can live
with it but it is frustrating to have to wait on each item in
a newsgroup even though it is not very long and when you are
used to it being speedy the slowdown is noticeable. Funny
how things have changed and we now a days are so impatient!~

As do I.
In fact, when I got a setup capable of 9600 baud, I even took out a new
address: keith9...@...! That was FLYING! :-D
