Yes, I did uncheck that setting 'Advertise Firefox Compatability' and I 
just rechecked and it is still unchecked.


And Yes, I do have a custom UserAgent string which just shows the 
Firefox setting.

No problems with YouTube for me using Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; 
rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.4


Start with the old profile, open Help > Troubleshooting Information, 
click Copy text to clipboard, open a text editor and paste the text into it.


Repeat with the new test profile, then compare the Important Modified 
Preferences sections and see if there is anything different.

If your UA is indicating that you have Firefox 66, Youtube could be
